How do you change your units formations? I was reading on the website and it said you could change your unit formations to e.g. 'volley' and 'stagger'. How can I do this?

On your toolbar on the bottom of the screen there is some controls that allow you to do that. I believe it's around the lower left hand side, but in general it's on the bottom toolbar.
