Okay, how do I get to the engine room to get the stupid hammer!! I have been everywhere that I can go and talked to everyone that I could atleast 4 or 5 times. Where is it and how do I get there?

Go to Rachett's room. Is there a man outside the window? If there is, try to follow him, then head up to the very front of the train and walk in, then talk to the engineer.
