Go to battleon,newbie area go foward until you see
A book shop you'll see a women there click on her it will give you options you'll see by clicking on 1 of them hair change etc.
Go to the Yulgar inn /join yulgar and go up the stairs to room 42, there you can customize your hair, skin, and eye color.
