My computer meets the requirments but when there is traffic around the game runs a little slower, is there a cheat for no traffic or a way to make the game run more smoother

Mayb try going on option and pyutting you video perfomance and stuff on low that way it might run better and you can't get rid traffic
You can get rid of traffic but only for short periods of time by advancing time with the advance time button
In the notebook.You can select 1 hour min time advancement this will get rid of traffic for a short time use
This when you get to areas of heavy traffic.You can also use the emergency call button but using this will
