Add the -console command line parameter to end of the 'Target' field in the 'Shortcut' properties that are used to launch the game. When you now start the game the console window will appear at the starting menu. Type sv_cheats 1 to enable cheat mode and type the following codes (without the quotes) at the console window to enable the corresponding effect. Press the ~ (tilde) key during gameplay to open and close the console window.
Invincibility:
Type 'god'
Set Gravity (default is 600):
Type 'sv_gravity (number)'
Set Game Speed (default is 1):
Type 'host_timescale (0.1 to 2)'
First Person View:
Type 'firstperson'
Third Person View:
Type 'thirdperson'
Spawn Companion Cube:
Type 'ent_create_portal_companion_cube'
Spawn Reflector Cube for Lasers:

When you complete the indicated task the corresponding item will become available for purchase at the store.
Unlock Bionic Beanie:
Complete 'Lunacy'.
Unlock WCC Flag:
Complete 'High Five'.
Beat the game to unlock an alternate opening screen.
