How to beat the guy on the Quad

First,

Follow Rose's insructions about turning left on leaving the stud farm

Follow that trail until you reach the chained thing

Press space under the green arrow

You will now hear and possibly see the quad bike once the trail has loaded

Then trot on the path until it begins to move

Then go to the grass on the right

Start to canter on the grass

Follow the bike around the first corner (right)

Then trot over the road

Canter on this piece of grass, which should be fairly wide

Follow the bike

To the left, look out for a bit of road turning left

Follow the road turning left, then right, and once on the shortcut start to go really fast

Stop in the middle of the road

He will go past you

Your character will say something about him not getting away again

When your character talks, press escape to freeze everything else but your character. Then move in front of the Quad and press escape. The guy on the quad will stop, and you'll get past the quad.
