To be able to select ALL the levels for the Clam games go to the 'Blast' screen and press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right.

Secret characters can be unlocked by going to the 'Blast' screen and pressing Down, Down, Right, Left, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right. When you then go to the 'Character Selection' screen they will be available options.
