. I have solved the problem. Here we go , on how to solve the problem , first take any car you like and increase the visual rating to six(6) stars. You will be asked to take a DVD contract , they want your cars photo. After taking the photo of your car , go to the world map. Out there a new URL event will unlock. Finish the event and bury your opponent. There you will open a new place and the game will go on. Hope this helps
A really easy way to win the outrun challenge is to approach your opponent from behind with great speed and right before you run into him you need to constantly press the action button which activates the challenge. After the slow motion crash (during the crash you should correct your car position) the opponents car should crash and you should run away and win. In other words, this method won't always work, but it should usually work out in your favour. It certianly did for me.
