NEED to rack up some bounty.

This hint is the same as the PS2 hint.

Find the bus station, go into the station and up the ramp either onto the buses or the platform.

Then the fun begins always look behind you because depending on your heat the cops might come up. While you are up there your bounty will start climbing as the cops will be destroying themselves below. when you want to end it reverse until the cops can't see you. And you will go into cool down.
