You have to pick the birdcage first. There is a bird cage hang on the corner of the mansion beside the beehive, near the stairs to the attic. You can unfasten the birdcage's screw with a screwdriver that you find in the shed behind the mansion. After you got the birdcage, come see charlotte again. Don't have to speak to her, just click your bird cage and click again over the parrot. |
