You can get Dustbin Beaver by subscribing to the Moshi Monsters Magazine. You get a one time limited code and type it in. Yu will get a free seed to plant.To get Blingo you type in the code DJdude456 and plant the seed you get. To get Lady Goo Goo you have to complete the first mission in the volcano. To get Roxy you type in the code hobbididance and plant the seed you receive. Good luck!

P.S: I didn't get Dustbin Beaver either but I know how to get him. Each code to get a plant you have to plant any 2 other seeds.
