You have 2 b the police car in any level on cruise. if u get board of only going at normal speed then press y which brings up the cheat screen.

Then typ in super speed, then press enter. Then u will go at double the speed. Note this is not good if you are racing b coz u r very likely 2 crash as it is quite hard 2 control. hey prestow

Hint if u want to get the best out of this then go on options and make it so there r hardly any cars, then u will get the full effect of this cheat.
