When you have completed the indicated tasks for unlocking the outfits you can change the outfit that Max Payne uses in either Score Attack or New York Minute in ALL of the chapters.
Unlock 15 of Max's outfits from the Game's Storyline:
Complete the game on the 'Easy' (or above) difficulty setting.
Unlock Classic Max (Max Payne 2), Old School Max (Max Payne 1):
Complete the game on the Medium (or above) difficulty setting.
Unlock Advanced Max:
Complete the game on the 'Old School' difficulty setting.
Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding feature.
Unlock New York Minute in Arcade Mode:
Complete the game.
Unlock Classic Max Black and White:
Earn a 'Platinum' rank on all chapters in New York Minute mode.
Unlock Old School Max Black and White:
Earn a 'Platinum' rank on all chapters in New York Minute mode.
Unlock Character Select in Arcade Mode:
Complete the game under the Medium difficulty setting.
Unlock Old School and Hardcore Difficulties:
Complete the game under the Hard difficulty setting.
Unlock Max Payne Advanced Character Model:
Complete Story mode under the Old School difficulty setting (this is a pixelated Max Payne, based the Game Boy Advance version).
Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding cheat when any level is replayed through the 'Level Select' option. Enabling cheats will prevent Achievements from becoming unlocked.
Bullet Cam on Every Kill:
Find ALL clues.
Unlimited Ammo:
Collect ALL golden gun pieces.
Unlimited BulletTime:
Earn a Gold medal score on ALL levels in Arcade mode.
Unlimited Painkillers:
Complete the game under the Hard difficulty with Free Aim.
One-Hit Kill:
Complete the game under the Hardcore difficulty with Free Aim.

F8 - Switches AI movement network node visualization
F11 - Toggle statistics on / off
F12 - Open Console
Arrow Left - External camera left
Arrow Right - External camera right
Arrow Up - External camera forward
Arrow Down - External camera backward
You can also use these command line parameters to enable/disable some features:
-nodialog - Skips the Max Payne startup dialog when loading the game. -skipstartup: Skips the startup animation
-screenshot - Enables the F10 key for taking screen shots. Screen shots are saved to "screenshots" folder under your Max Payne installation folder
-disable3dpreloads - If the system runs out of texture memory while loading a level, this option may prevent the game from crashing due to a driver error
-window - Runs the game in a windowed mode, in the resolution selected from the Max Payne launch dialog. All 3d accelerators do not support running in a windowed mode.
