At the Venice screen enter the following codes without the quotes to activate the corresponding effect. If the code has been entered correctly you will hear a sound as confirmation.

Enter 'hdispy'.
Unlock 50,000 Florins:
Enter 'hdikash'.
Inactive Mercenary Groups Activated:
Enter 'hdikarnage'.
Unlock Full Map:
Enter 'hdiview'.
