Play the mini-game with the boats which can be found near Gotham Park and shoot the subs with your boat to unlock the Red Brick Minikit finder which can then be purchased for 50,000 Studs.

Look for the Remote Bat Computer that is located near the police station and then turn left to see a mini-game. Play the game and smash the cars with your hammer car to unlock the Red Brick X2.
