Unlock Cheat Mode
This is enabled by pressing Up, Down, Up(x2), Jump, Pizza, Jump(x2), Down, Up, Down(x2), Pizza, Jump, Pizza(x2), Up, Down, Up(x2), Jump, Pizza, Jump(x2), Down, Up, Down(x2), Pizza, Jump, Pizza(x2). This mode must be activated before other cheat codes can be entered otherwise they will not work.
