Shoot the glass on the drivers side of the cabin so it breaks before the dump truck makes it's second pass and automatically kills Jenny.
In the Havana level 'Freedom Fighters' just before you go to El Capacito tell your men to take cover behind the large pointy statue and then using RPGs shoot down the helicopter. If you need more supplies to do this then return to the point where you shot the APC vehicle and there will be some there.
Move Kane towards the village and not the helicopter when you have stopped the cargo plane by grabbing Jenny to progress to the final chapter of the game.

When you get a certain rank in Fragile Alliance mode Kane and Lynch become unlocked as playable characters.
Unlock Lynch:
Reach Rank 30 in Fragile Alliance mode.
Unlock Kane:
Reach Rank 35 in Fragile Alliance mode.
