Unlock Boss Rush, Hero Forever, Music and Annihilation:
Beat the game on Normal or Hard diffiuclty setting.
Unlock Maps:
Beat the game on Normal, Hard or Annihilation to unlock a map for that mode.
Unlock HP Scanner:
Beat the Annihilation mode.
