Unlock Campaign 2:
To unlock 'Campaign 2' and play as a terrorist on any first beat the game in any difficulty then go to the 'Mission Select' screen and select 'Next'to access 'Campaign 2'.
To get lots of money, start a long mission as a demoman and do not buy anything. Just enter the level and run to the enemy.(stab the enemy if you can) When they kill you, respawn and you should have an extra 2000 dollars in cash. Keep doing it for more and more cash. Hope It Works
