If you recive a quest and you have to quest item and you want it but you want the fame and XP put it on, press and hold Ctrl+Shift+~ and Type "Nemesis" A person will appear and look exactly like you and try to kill you kill him, then he will drop all Items he has on but he disappears collect the items and the quest Items will be doubled give one to the quest giver the other one, keep and still get the XP,the fame,and the gold.
