During the game hold the Alt key and enter 21 on the number pad for the ยง character to display the console window. Then type one of the following codes (without the quotes) to activate the corresponding effect.

Enter the code 'stability'
First press and hold the Alt. Button. Then press and release the numbers 2 and one on your keypad. This opens the typing box.
Cash = $5,000
Stability = +3 Stability
Event 7000 = Gain 100 Manpower (this is stackable)
Event 7003 = Cav. Troops Morale +15% (this is stackable)
Event 7004 = National Revolt Risk -1.00 (this is stackable)
Event 7007 = Build cost -15% (this is stackable)
