Are you tired of waiting for a province to become your core province? Here is a shortcut

Right, type in event 728 and you will gain 10 prestige and one core province on your neighboors. This neighboor have to be one of your rivals but if it is you can type in event 728 multiple times so that you gain core on all their border provinces and then you can start a reconquest war, annex your core provinces and you can do it as long as your nation considers it one of it's rivals.
