You need the nether ingreds Blood Nectre - Bone Dust - Borloth Horn - Dead Mans Hair - Diamond Dust - Soul Stone. You should have all theys by the time you get to the elf city. This Requires at minumum 6,000 Gold, go to any store and sell all the nether ingreds then buy back 10 of each mix them into summen deathlord and sell, I eventualy bought them in hundeds and made over 100 grand each time.

Note: I only checked this cheat on collectors edition.
