Unlock 18 Wheeler Havoc Mode:
Kill ALL 10 Timmy Vercellis in Miami and then go to the Miami armory and select the '18 Wheeler Havoc' mode option.
Unlock Fugitive Mode:
In Nice kill ALL 10 Timmy Vercellis and then go to the Miami armory and select the 'Fugitive' mode option. In this mode ALL pedestrians have weapons.
Unlock Infinite Mass Mode:
In Istanbul kill ALL 10 Timmy Vercellis and then go to the Istanbul armory and select the 'Infinite Mass' mode option. In this mode Tanner's car or motorcycle can crash into any other vehicle without taking damage or stopping.
Unlock Go-Kart in Miami:
In the bushes behind the Biltmore hotel there is a hidden bunker entrance. When you have found the entrance climb the stairs and kill Timmy Vercelli. Then press the switch that opens the gate below and drive through the tunnel to the Go-Kart track. Return later if there isn't a kart there.
Unlockable cars during 'Undercover' for 'Take A Ride'.

Beat Mission 7 - Trapped in Miami, Florida
Unlock Hunter 313 T:

Beat Mission 11 - Smash 'n' Run in Nice, France
Unlock Prontezza Brezza:
Beat Mission 13 - Hijack in Nice, France
