Diablo 2: LOD is a pretty old computer game but it is very fun to play once you get into it. Making friend on Diablo 2 is the best part. But you always got to watch out for people that want to find out your pass so they can take your account. I play diablo 2 almost regularly and its been out for 6 years almost. I would say its a definate buy for anyone that has a decent computer. Sure the graphics may not b that good but I would say it's worth the buy at @40 for both the game and the expansion.

This is my FAVOURITE GAME! I just love the online version, but my internet keeps on crashing. I would reccomend this game to everybody, especially those who are goth-type personalities. This game gets much better with the expansion, but it's a great game even without it.

This is, without doubt, the best game I have ever played.

It is superb, it is flawless, it is everything you ever wanted from a game.

The basic principle is: you are caught up in a mess created by the escape of the long imprisoned Diablo and his two brothers. He was kept under control by "lock and key" but has recently broken free of prison and is setting about regaining his former power.

You must first pick the type of person you are going to be: Paladin (a powerful knight with the power to create auras around him which enhance his abilities).
Barbarian (a large comanding man capable of wielding a two-handed sword in one hand). Sorceress (a magical woman whose powers are pretty obvious).
Assassin (a woman who creeps around and can lay traps).
Druid (my favourite character, who can transform into a werewolf or a werebear and has powers as them, but can also summon animal minions or use elemental magic).
Amazon (a fiery female fighter who wields a bow or javelin predominantly and can use skills for either and gains passive enhancing skills). Finally, the necromancer, he can summon up the dead, use poison or bone magics or use curses.

Once this is done, you must fight your way through the game, killing all in your path. The gameplay is hugely expansive, never tiring and ever changing, thanks to the the vast selection of mods downloadable from the internet.

A must have for any fan of rpg style games, or hack and slash games. Buy it, NOW!
