Press the '~' (tilde) key to display the console window and then enter the following case sensitive codes (without the quotes) to enable the corresponding effect.

+5,000 Gold:

Enter 'cash'

+5,000 Piety:

Enter 'piety'

+5,000 Prestige:

Enter 'prestige'

Change your Culture:

Enter 'culture (culture name)'

Change your Religion:

Enter 'religion (sect name)'

Kill indicated Character:

Enter 'kill (character ID)'

Marry Anyone, including Close Family:

Enter 'marry_anyone'

Set Any Law with No Waiting or Voting:

Enter 'allow_laws'

Clear Console Screen:

Enter 'clear'

'No Help for You!' Message:

Enter 'help'
