Hidden Menu:
Right click on the microphone on the left side of the screen in the main menu of the campaign and type 'idaho'. When the pull down menu appears in the right of the screen you can then access any of the missions within the game.
Go to the campaign menu and left click (some say right click) on the microphone at the left of the screen then type in idaho.
Now you should be able to access any mission thru a menu that should appear
Be Invincible
Go to the weapons loadout screen and type in I AM THE ACE
