First to do this you can be any nation (but I suggest being the GLA as they can kill the people in enemy vechiles.) First build a couple of light soilders then buy capture building upgrade. If you are the GLA use a general promotion to get hijackers. Ok now make an army of vechiles and put your infintry in humvees, troop crawlers, or the truck thing that the GLA has. Now go to the nearest army and take out their units. Take the infintry and make them capture buildings like enemy barracks and war factory's ( If you have a Jarmen Kell shoot the people out of the dozers instead of destroying them.) After you take their command center or get in one of their dozers start constructing stuff. Soon you can make their weopon of mass destruction.
