Ok, this is the best thing that I have ever done on this game. This is not a cheat as such.

You don't enter any codes or change anything. Its so easy. Just do this.

1) When you start the game chose your line up an tactics etc.

2) Now go to staff search. Look for a coach / assistant manager called Vincenzo Pincolini. (This is very important)

3) Offer him a contract as assistant manager. When he accepts make him in control of you youth team and also let him handle training for your first team.

4) Now click on your name and go down to Go On Holiday. set the options that you require. HOWEVER, your bets option would be to check the boxes that say use same tacits and line up.

After checking them go to the date and click chose date. Set it for the end of the season. Then just continue.

5) Simple. now leave the game running in the background while you do something else. When the season is completed your players stats would have dramaticaly changed.

Trust me. I am man utd, I brought lots of youngsters and put them in ym first team.

Now every single player in my first team has atleast 7 20's and around 3-4 19's for their stats. I won the premiership, charity shield, champions league and super cup all in my first season.

All my players are worth at least 20 million. And I mean EVERY first team player.
