Ceasar 3 Cheats for PC
At the start of the game place a well on the map and Right-click on it. Press and hold the Alt key and K to enable you to enter the following codes to activate the corresponding effect.
Get more Money:
Alt-C
Spawns Army:
Alt-K
Play the Next Map:
Alt-V
Start the game and place a well on the map. Right click on the well and then press and hold the Alt key and then the following key to unlock the corresponding.
C - Gives you more cash
V - Promotes you to the next map
K - Spawns Army.
At the start of the game place a well on the map then Right click on the well and press and hold the Alt key and K, C or V depending on the desired effect.
Spawns Army:

Promotes you and allows you to play the next Map:

I have seen the cheat that says use the Alt+C to get money but I also don't seem to get it to work all the time. However, if you will go into the folder for the game such as C:SIERRACeasar3, you should be able to locate a text file named: c3_Model.txt.
First of all, make a copy of the file just in case so you can get back to the start if something happens.
Then open the text file.
Scroll down some and you will see this following line:
"10,House 1,{,100,-3,1,1,3,0,0,0,},,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,"
Notice that this is for House #1. Notice that there is a comma and then a value of 100. If you change this value for instance to a value of -1000, guess what, you will GET 1000 denarii for every house you build. And every time too.
What I do is at the beginning of a mission, I locate a nice open area and then click to build a house, build like 30 at a time and quickly delete them. Build them again, and delete them.etc.etc.etc.
You can get a good 200,000 denarii real quick. Then from then on every time you build a house you will get ANOTHER 1000 denarii.
You can also see that all of the different build items are listed here. You can either make them 0 and be charged nothing to build, or by placing a negative value you will get the money. A positve number will deduct money to build an item.

Press 'ENTER' Type 'WIN' and press return. You automaticlaly win the current scenario.
Build a well and right-click on it.
Then push the following for the wanted cheat:
Ctrl + Alt + K + C - For more money (only if you have less then 1500)
Ctrl + Alt + K + V - For an instant victory.
You can get more money by right clicking on ANYTHING and pressing tab + C. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE A WELL.
