Answer to theater level question

I was stuck on this level long too. Answering on this site is kinda tedious.... But basically you must plan lightwells right from the start when you draw the foundation.

Draw a long oblong shape first for your theater hall.

Next draw at least four separate blocks touching on of the long sides. They will house (most) your offices on the ground floor and your changing rooms on the second floor. They must be 6 wide to accomodate for the changing rooms double doors, long enough to fulfill office space requirements and you must leave blocks 4 wide between them. These "lightwells" will be crucial on the second floor, where changing rooms must connect to theater, corridor and have facade access.

Next, draw a 6-foot wide corridor L-shape connecting all office/changing room cubicles with the back of the theater, where you can place backstage rooms and swings around to the ticket office/lobby area.

It must be 6 feet, because on your 2nd floor it will house normal corridor instead of staff corridor.

Remember to keep the other long side of your theater open for sufficient facade access.

The overall structure will be L - shaped as well with a few holes in it on the longer (theater) side.

You can put your staircases at the tip of the shorter side.

Must admit I cheated fo cash a bit and had good advisors when I beat this level, but I should have been safe even without. Plus I only built up 3 levels.
