To play with Mr. Clanky, hold SHIFT and click on his little doll in the trophy case. You will hear a spring sound if it worked.
He is only available in Pick-up Game mode however :(
* I should note I only accomplished this feat AFTER beating season mode and do not know if will work before you do that
This cheat, along with a little bit of funny banter can all be found at the end of the credits.

You could score over 100 points by creating a team on teeball mode, turning it on when you are up to bat and turing it off when the other team bats.
