The easiest way for you to regain your health is to take Sydney to quiet place and stand her still... This will take her health back up, it is a bit slow, but is the easiest way to do this.

Elevator code in Asylum
The elevator code is 4747. You may need to talk to Neil Caplain first who will give you that code... You'll find him in a padded cell, but none the less, his information is reliable!

Getting DNA in Asylum
Follow your subject until you get to the room with the picnic tables, once there, stand at the right side of the door. Every time he walks past you should try to grab a piece of his DNA, once you have it all, you will have to fight him before moving onto the Embassy level.

Fire alarms in Embassy
At the end of this level you need toturn on all the fire alarms, there is a tricky one in Basement 2.
