At the track mediterrenean, there is a maountain with a bunch of windmills that is off the track, go to the windmill on top of the hill and by the windmill, there will be a treasure chest that will have some money in it.
Start a Career race and then type 'goldfinger' without the quotes and you will hear a confirmation sound. Then type 'givememoneyordie' without the quotes and you will have $1,000,000 cash.
At any time during free-roam, race, ect.... type in "goldfinger" you should her a little noise that confirms that part of the cheat.
Next type "givememoneyordie" then on your screen it should say YOU HAVE WON $1,000,000.
Don't do it more than once because it does not go any higher than 1,000,000 dollars.
In FREE ROAM mode type goldfinger while you are racing.
When you do that you will hear a horn sound off.
After you hear the horn type in givememoneyordie You will recieve $1,000,000 in CAREER mode.
