Unlock ALL Campaigns:
As this procedure involves editing a game file it is advised to create a backup copy of it. In the game directory find the 'game.dat' file and the line 'Volume: -750, 0, -5??' then using a text editor change it to 'Volume: -750, 0, -581'.

Enable Cheat Mode:
Cheat mode is enabled by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Alt + W and then typing 2061 on underscore cue. Then press Enter. Then type A without a cue and press Enter again.

Shift + M
