How to Unlock Weapons
In order to unlock firearms in Payday 3 you need to level up by taking on contracts and completing them. Although weapons are mostly useful when going for a full-frontal all-guns-blazing approach, it is also important that you have them available during stealth strategy for when things don't go as planned and you have no option but to engage in a firefight.
Guns will become unlocked in Payday 3 when you reach a certain level. Levels are gained by completing heists and objectives in the game. Once you reach a threshold where a new weapon is unlocked you will be able to equip it for future loadouts by going into the 'Vendors' menu and purchasing it with cash.
