When you do a zoo get big animals and put them in exibits with weak fencing and let them escape. Less guest in the zoo , less mad guest
To get new items you need to go to research and conversion. Set daily founding. In a year you will have all items.
Once you get $999,999 you will no longer lose any money from puchase cost
In order to get everything easy, such as buildings, animals, and toys, when you begin with a new zoo, there is an option to raise the starting price up to $500,000 and set the Research and Conservation to $66 (the max) for daily funding.
Then you will feel as though everything is coming alot easier than when you start with $100,000.
