You need to get your Wappy Dog to 10 years of age and 10 freindship hearts

(all hearts), you will then get the UFO.

The UFO is a toy whick flys around your Wappy Dog, if you touch it, it will make your Wappy dog stick to the bottom of the UFO then drop it after a few seconds.
