Well here we are again. Ready to kick even more Ninja butt!
Now, a 3D fighting game for nintendo DS... much more
ambitious then the
previous games for sure! Now, time to spill my advice to the
world again!

Time to get this FAQ started (again)!

Oh yes, if you want to be a completist and do every single thing
on this game, then you might want to print this out.
I used it when i was trying to unlock everyone by clearing
every single character on arcade mode. Maybe that will
help you somewhat.

Note: You can use a characters second costume by pressing Y
instead of A.

To new naruto players: Each character is a 
ninja who can jump high and run fast.
They can throw ninja weapons and each has their
own special jutsu (techniques).

Basic Moves;
Sidestepping
Jumping (and attacking)
Substitution Teleport(this teleports behind the opponent) -
50% Chakra
Backflip (Double-tap backwards from your opponent)

You can only use specials at 100% chakra.

Naruto
How to get: You start the game with them. Complete story for
the other Jutsu.
Specials: Naruto Rendan / Rasengan
Additional Information: The main character of the series. 
He is in most of the story mode.
Combos: BBBBB. L+Y,BBBBB. YYBBB.

Sasuke
How to get: You start the game with them.
Specials: Chidori
Additional Information: One of the only remaining survivors
of the Uchiha 
clan. He is one of konohas top ninja.
Combos:?
Additional Moves: Back+B= Katon: Goukakku no Jutsu (12.5%)

Sakura
How to get: You start the game with them.
Specials: Inner Sakura
Additional Information: The main girl of the series. She
likes sasuke a lot,
and uses taijitsu and genjutsu.

Kakashi
How to get: You start the game with them.
Specials: Lightning Blade
Additional Information: The jounin in charge of of Naruto's
Team. 
He has a sharingan and is quite poweful.

Rock Lee
How to get: You start the game with them.
Specials: Primary Lotus
Additional Information: Rock Lee can only use Taijutsu. 
As a result, he is very powerful, if a little unbalanced.

Shikamaru
How to get: You start the game with them.
Specials: Shadow Possession Jutsu
Additional Information: Lazy genin of konoha. 
He prefers using Kage Mane no Jutsu to trap opponents with
his shadow.

Additional Moves:Back+Y = Thinking Pose (attack to teleport).

Neji
How to get: You start the game with them.
Specials: 64-palms
Additional Information: Neji is one of the top members of
the Hyuuga clan. 
He can use his chakra to injure opponents from within, 
attacking the chakra network.

Additional Moves:Back+Y = kaiten (12.5% chakra)

Gaara
How to get: Complete story mode in difficult. (see options menu)
Specials: Desert Coffin
Additional Information: One of the strongest Sand Shinobi,
Gaara can use 
sand to his advantage to attack opponents with powerful attacks.

Gai
How to get: Complete story mode without using any continues.
Specials: Dynamic Entry
Additional Information: Rock Lee's jounin. He is quite
similar to Rock Lee 
and he prefers using Taijutsu over any other ninja technique.

Temari
How to get: Complete story mode in normal.
Specials: Slicing Winds
Additional Information: Gaara's sister, she can use her fan
to attack 
opponents with wind attacks.

(first 7)
Specials: Amaterasu
Additional Information: Sasuke's older brother, he killed
most of the 
uchiha clan and is an extremely powerful individual.

How to get: Beat single player with itachi
Specials: Demonic Rush
Additional Information: Naruto after the kyuubi has taken
partial control 
of his body. Extremely powerful.

How to get: Beat single player mode with Tsunade.
Specials: Toad Flame Breath

Now the Fifth Hokage. She has a fear of blood, but she is a

Specials: Snake Sword
A misled student of the Third Hokage. Unfortunately his
experiments have driven him a bit mad.

Curse Seal Level 2 Sasuke
How to get: Beat arcade on hard with every character?
Specials: Black Chidori
Additional Information: Sasuke after being given powers by
Orochimaru. 
Very powerful indeed.

Choose this to pick a random character.

Soldier Pill (blue)-refills 25% of your chakra bar
Soldier Pill (yellow)-refills 50% of your chakra bar
Soldier Pill (red)-refills the whole chakra bar

Heart-refills health by 25%

Big Heart-refills the whole health bar

Heart n' Pill-refills 25% of your health and chakra
Heart n' Pill 2-refills 50% of your health and chakra

Mizuki's Shuriken-increses your attack power by 1.5
Fuuma Shuriken-increases your attack power by 2

Chunnin Outfit-increses your defence by 1.5
Golden Headband-makes you invincible for 5 seconds

No Jutsu-stops opponent using chakra for 10 seconds
Blue Konoha Symbol 1/2- Reduces the chakra that you use when
you use specials or kawarimi.
No Knockback-For 5 seconds you do not get stunned when you
are hit

Q. Is Curse Seal Level 2 Sasuke in this game?
A. Not in the European Version. He is confirmed in the USA
version.

Q. And the demon fox naruto?
A. Demon Naruto is in the European Version.
It is currently unknown whether the USA version will be the
one-tailed naruto, or just the demon variety.
