After seeing all the forum topics on the net about the Lunar Knights Cards and being a fan of the Megaman Battle Network and Star Force games, along with the Boktai games and Lunar Knights, I decided to make this guide on said Lunar Knights Cards. First off, what the heck am I talking about. The Lunar Knights Cards (lk cards is the slang used on the forum for them) are special cards. I'm not too knowledgeable on the specific process, but in the Japanese version of the Star Force games you could do a cross-over with the Japanese Lunar Knights, getting the cards on Star Force and Omega-Xis as a terrenial on Lunar Knights. Unfortunately, they removed this in the English Versions (...) and that leaves only a couple of ways to get them, an Action Replay or to get them in a trade. Now why would anyone need a guide at all for these? Simple. If you get them on the English Version,they have NO text on them, which means no name and no description, just a power and a picture. So here I am to provide that and more! Enjoy! /////////////////////////////////// //3. How to get these Cards [HOW]// /////////////////////////////////// As I said earlier, there are only 2 ways. Firstly, you could get them from someone else. But second (and easier though some would consider it cheating), use an Action Replay, or AR, to hack them. Now you may say "I don't have the code though". Well look no further. It fires one shot straight ahead of you up the column. If it hits an enemy or an object however, then you see the true power of the card, as it will also hit the square behind the enemy, and the ones to that square's left and right in sort of a mini T-shape when you see it all together. And this card hits each of those squares 3 times each in a machine-gun type way (heance why I call it Ninja, which was Aaron's rapid-fire weapon), so the power of this chip if it hits all 3 times is 120. For starters, it just plain looks cool. Its a sword chip, so Grabitys beware. Vanargand has a unique attack radius. It will hit the row in front of you like Widesword, but it ALSO hits the square to your left and the square to your right, all this as one large swing. But the damage does not end there. This card will also cause an HP bug in any enemy it hits, meaning that they'll continue to suffer lingering damage. 110 power isn't the greatestfor a sword chip, but Vanargand SP has 190 power, much better! Anyone who's played a Battle Network game will recognize that this card is basically a new version of the Meteors chip from those games. For those who don't know it I'll explain. When you use it, it stops time. Then the back 3 rows are pelted with large rocks, eack doing the card's power as damage to any unlucky enemy caught beneath. 3 rocks will hit each square in the back row, while only 2 will hit the other 2 of those 3 rows, for a total of 21 rocks (Meteors). This is 9 less than Meteors, and you can't affect where they land (because there are no more AreaGrabs), but to compensate the Tove cards are more powerful than Meteors, up to 70 for the SP form. When you use Alexander, it stops time, then on the nearest enemy's row, on the far left, a cyclone forms, then moves to the right across the row. Then if there's an enemy on the next row, it goes, from right to left, on that row. If not it'll loop back on the first row twice more. If, after the second row, there's an enemy on the next row, it goes, from left to right, across that row. If not it'll go back on that first row again. Each time the cyclones passes an enemy, it hits that enemy three times, meaning that the 20 power card alone, used on 1 enemy, can do 20 damage times 3 then times 3 again, for a total of 180 damage. The SP card has a power of 30 which, when multiplied, equals 270 damage. When you use it, it stops time. Then 3 ice chunks fall on your enemies. If there are 3 enemies, one will hit each of them. If there are 2 enemies, 2 will hit the one closer to you while 1 will hit the one further away. If there is only 1 enemy, all 3 chunks will hit it. So the most damage the SP card (50 power) can do is 150 damage to 1 enemy. However this card has a nice side effect, it freezes any enemy it hits, giving you time to blast away with another card.
