---------------------------------------------------------------------------
                     ~1.Basics of Being an Agent~
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Elite Beat Agents is different than other rhythm games you may have played,
so it is best that you start with the Training Mode on the main menu. You
will learn everything you need to know in order to tap to the rhythm during
the Single Player mode. Descriptions of the exercises are as follows.

Elite-O-Meter--This meter, which is represented by a red and yellow bar at
the top of the touch screen, is basically the "life bar" for the game. The
bar is split up like this:
 ---------------------------------
/ | Yes\
 ---------------------------------

At the beginning of each song, the Elite-O-Meter will start at the very top
(as opposed to the middle as is with other games). However, during the
course of the song the meter will steadily be falling. In order to refill
the gauge you will need to tap the Hit Markers, Phrase Markers, and
Spinners that appear on the screen at various times. Do so correctly, and
the meter will fill back up again. Miss a beat, and the meter will go down
by about 1/6th. If it passes the "|" (which is about 45% up the meter), you
will be in the "No" section.

When that occurs, the screen will zoom in on the lead agent, signifying
that you are currently failing that song. When the meter falls below 10%,
you will be at the "!" stage, the camera zooms in further on the lead
agent, and shows that you are dangerously close to failing the song
altogether.

How fast the meter falls by default depends on the amount of beats in the
song and the difficulty level. An easy song on an easy difficulty will have
a slow falling meter. An easy song on a hard difficulty will have the meter
fall at a quickened rate, while a hard song on a hard difficulty will have
the meter drop very quickly. Be careful.

Songs are split into several different sections. If the Elite-O-Meter reads
"Yes" when you reach the end of a section, you will clear it with a "O"
reading. However, if you reach the end of a section with the meter in the
"No" or "!" section, then you will get an "X" instead. The only thing the
O's and X's effect are the ending of the mission. You will still clear the
song even with all X's.

Hit Marker--These are what you will be tapping throughout the majority of
the game. Hit Markers are colored circles with a number on them. When they
appear on the screen, a Timer Circle will appear around them. The Timer
Circle will determine when you hit the beat in rhythm with the song. When
the Timer Circle touches the boundary of the Hit Marker, tap it!
          ----- -----
         / \ / \
         | (1) |.........| (2) |
         | | | |
         \-----/ \-----/

This is basically what Hit Markers look like. You will always hit them in
their numbered order. Not only should that be a basic concept, but the
Timer Circle for later Hit Markers cover the the marker after the ones
before it do. Even if you wanted to, you couldn't hit the 2nd Hit Marker
without hitting (or missing entirely) the first one.

The other situation for Hit Markers is when there is more then one
overlapping each other. The way you can tell this happens is when you see
multiple Timer Circles appear around what originally looks like one Hit
Marker. If you look closely, you will be able to see another one (or a
third, sometimes even a fourth and fifth) beneath it. They look somewhat
like this:

      /-------\
     | --- |
     | |(1)| |
     | --- |
      \-------/

As you can see, there are two Timer Circles surrounding this beat. However,
once you tap the first Hit Marker, the point value for it will appear,
essentially covering up the second Hit Marker (and more if there were
others) and the Timer Circle. You'll need to rely on the song itself to
determine when to tap. Is it right after? Do you need to wait half a
second? Maybe a full second? As you play the game, you will understand how
the beats work, and you'll be able to determine when to tap subsequent Hit
Markers the lie under below the first.

Phrase Markers--Quite different from Hit Markers, you will also be
encountering Phrase Markers during the songs. Phrase Markers will appear as
a number with a long line attached to it (or half-circle, curver, zig-zag,
there are many different shapes in the songs). What you need to do is tap
the number when the Timer Circle overlaps it. However, instead of lifting
up the stylus as you normally would, you will need to hold it on a ball
that will travel across the length of the marker in rhythm with the song.
The ball will move by itself, and all you need to do is keep the stylus on
it at all times.

   --------------------
(1). . . . . . . . . . ( )
   --------------------

The ( ) at the right represents the end of the Phrase Marker. Be sure that
you are holding the stylus on the ball until it reaches the end! You can
safely take it off when the point value appears for clearing the marker.
The periods represent the pellets found in Phrase Markers. You MUST be
holding the stylus on the ball when it rolls over these. Each pellet will
add to the multiplier. If you aren't holding the ball as it passes over a
pellet, you won't collect it, the multiplier will drop backk to zero, and
the Elite-O-Meter will suffer a little. However...

   --------------------
(1). . . . . . . . . . (<)
   --------------------

When you see a U-turn arrow at the end of a Phrase Marker, it signifies
that when the ball reaches that point it will rebound and head back for the
start of the marker. The pellets will reappear on the Phrase Marker when
you hit the rebound point, so no getting off easy. Sometimes you will have
multiple rebounds within the same Phrase Marker, so be constantly aware of
that.

Despite what Commander Kahn says, you do NOT have to keep the stylus on the
ball at all times, although it is highly advised. The only times you need
to have it on the ball is when you tap the Phrase Marker to get the ball
moving to begin with, each time it passes over a pellet, and when it
reaches the end/rebound point. You will not suffer any penalties if you
accidentally take the stylus off the ball for a brief moment assuming the
ball doesn't hit a pellet or reach the end of the marker.

Under any circumstance, NEVER miss an entire Phrase Marker. Doing so is
hard because most last several seconds, but if you somehow manage to get
an X on it, the Elite-O-Meter will suffer more than just missing a single
Hit Marker. It all depends on the length of the Phrase Marker missed and
the difficulty, but you can lose between 1/4th and 2/3rds of the Elite-O-
Meter from missing a single Phrase Marker. As long as you collect at least
one pellet, or are holding onto the ball is it reaches the end of the
marker, you will get some point for the effort. Never give up!

Spin Marker--Finally, there is the Spin Marker. These are the simplest to
understand as well as to complete. On most songs, these appear right at the
end, although a few will have them in the middle (or not at all, even). All
you need to do is spin the spinner. It doesn't matter which direction you
spin it. As you do, the meters on the left and right will fill up. You need
to make them reach a top (inciting the word "Clear" to appear) in order to
pass the Spin Marker.

Once you have cleared the Spin Marker, each additional spin will earn you
1000 Bonus Points. Keep it in mind for when you are actually playing the
songs!

Points--As you could tell during the practice sessions when hitting Hit
Markers, or by the fact there is a number representing your score, you will
earn points as you hit the beats in rhythm to the songs. First off are Hit
Markers. Hitting the Hit Marker with perfect timing earns you 300 points.
Barely missing the timing will earn you 100 points, and being quite off
beat will earn you 50. If you were insanely off, or you missed it entirely,
you will get an X and no points.

Phrase Markers work slightly differently. When you tap the beginning of the
Phrase Marker won't affect the score. You can be slightly late or early, it
only matters that you tap it. You will get 10 points for each pellet picked
up (these 10 points are never affected by the current multiplier), and 300
for completing the Phrase Marker. If you miss a pellet, then you will earn
100. If you miss multiple pellets, but get at least one, then you will
earn 50 points. If you get every pellet, but take the stylus off the ball
right before it rolls into the finish, you will earn 100 points (the
multiplier will not be affected, however).

Spin Markers will earn you 300 points for clearing them. Each full spin
after clearing a Spin Marker will earn you 1000 Bonus Points (the Bonus
Points are not affected by the multiplier).

The last beat of the color group of beats is generally the most important.
If you managed to get all 300's in a color group, you will earn a 300 point
Elite Beat which will refill the Elite-O-Meter by a large amount. If you
got a least one 100 in a color group, but the last beat was a 300, then you
will get a 300 point Beat, which refills the Elite-O-Meter a decent amount.
If the final beat in a color group is a 100, you will get a 100 point Beat
which barely refills the Elite-O-Meter at all.

Multiplier--As you hit consecutive beats without missing one, you will
notice that the multiplier will rise. It will rise by one for each Hit
Marker you tap, one for each pellet collected in a Phrase Marker (and an
additional one for completing the Phrase Marker), and by one for completing
a Spin Marker.

The multiplier will reset if you miss a pellet in a Phrase Marker, or get
an X on anything. However, the multiplier effects are not direct. Just
because it's at x100 doesn't mean you're getting 30,000 points per Hit
Marker. The bonus you get depends on the difficulty level and, of course,
the multipler. Here are the formulas:

Breezin' Difficulty--(Multiplier-2)*.04*(Points earned on Marker)
Cruisin' Difficulty--(Multiplier-2)*.10*(Points earned on Marker)
Sweatin'/Hard ROCK Difficulty--(Multiplier-2)*.20*(Points earned on Marker)

Basically, this is the reason you will earn far more points on Sweatin' and
Hard ROCK than on Breezin' or Cruisin'. There aren't any other concepts
behind point gains that need to be grapsed.

Another thing about the multiplier:Every now and then during the song you
may notice the lead agent's face appear on the left side of the screen.
This is a signal you're playing the song well, and happens when the
multiplier hits certain points. Their head appears when the multiplier is
at 30, 60, 100, 150, 200, and so on. It has no effect on the outcome of the
song.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
                         ~2.Difficulty Settings~
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are four difficulty settings for you to choose from, but only two of
them are unlocked from the start.

Breezin' is lead by Agent Spin, and is the easiest of the difficulties. You
will not find many Hit Markers in most of the early songs, as compared to
later difficulties. You will earn the fewest amount of points here.

Cruisin' is led by Agent J, and is the medium difficulty. You will find a
decent amount of Hit Markers, far more when compared to Breezin'. You will
earn a decent amount of points on this difficulty.

Sweatin' is led by Agent Chieftain. This mode is harder than the others,
and features a huge amount of beats. The Elite-O-Meter also falls at a very
quick pace. Although there are more beats, you can probably see how they
are more in-tune with the song as compared to easier difficulties. You can
earn the most amount of points here. You will unlock this for beating
Jumpin' Jack Flash on Cruisin'.

Hard ROCK features the Elite Beat Divas, led by Agent Starr. This is the
hardest difficulty available, and can only be unlocked once you finish
Jumpin' Jack Flash on Sweatin'. Hard ROCK has the exact same beat patterns
as Sweatin', and the amount of points you can get stays the same. However,
all of the beat patterns have been mirrored. If there was series of Hit
Markers going from left to right on the top of the touch screen in
Sweatin', it would be going from right to left on the bottom of the touch
screen in Hard ROCK. What's worse is that the beats appear a mere second
before you need to touch them, and they are much smaller. Phrase Markers
are hard to spot as you generally won't know something is a Phrase Marker
until you've already started it (requiring some memorization).

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
                            ~3.Ranking System~
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you finish a song, you will be given a rank. It'll be either D, C, B,
A, or S. Getting S-Ranks on every song and difficulty is a general goal for
most players. Your ranking is not determined by your score, or your
highest/average multiplier. Instead, it is determined by the amount of
300's you earn on a song.

An S-Rank is difficult to obtain, but simpliest on concept. You will need
to earn at least 90% 300's on a song. The 10% of 100's and 50's you can get
is rounded down. If there are 139 beats in a song, then you can only get
13 100's or 50's. Also, you have to hit every single beat. If you don't get
perfect on the song, missing a pellet in a Phrase Marker or getting an X on
anything, then an A-Rank is the best you can obtain.

An A-Rank will probably be one of your most common ranks. If you get
between 19% and 11% 100's or 50's, then this will be your rank. You will
also recieve an A-Rank if you get less than 10% 100's or 50's and you
weren't able to perfect the song.

A B-Rank is obtained when you get between 29% and 21% 100's or 50's. You
will likely earn this rank on harder difficulties on the harder songs, and
most certainly on Hard ROCK.

A C-Rank is obtained when when you get between 39% and 31% 100's or 50's.
Try not to get this rank--with a little practice on harder songs, you can
easily do better than this.

A D-Rank is obtained if you get more than 40% 100's or 50's. Try not to
play as horrible as to obtain this rank. On later difficulties and harder
songs, this isn't exactly easy to obtain. Getting tons of 100's and 50's
won't refill the Elite-O-Meter much, so you'll probably fail the song
entirely.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
                         ~4.Single Player Mode~
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Single Player Mode is the main mode of the game. When you select this mode,
you will need to choose the difficulty level you want to play on. Each one
is basically its own save file. If you complete the first three songs on
Breezin', then go back to Cruisin', you will start at the very beginning
and will have to do those songs again.

When you fully complete a tier of songs, several new ones in the next tier
will become available. In order to unlock new songs, you merely need to
finish the ones before it. It doesn't matter if you got all X's on the
cutscenes, got S-ranks, or just flat out played awful. You only need to
finish them.

The differences between the difficulties has already been descibed in an
earlier section. The main difference is the amount of beats per song. There
is also a different lead agent for each difficulty, but that's just for
asthetic appearences.

Once you choose a difficulty, you are brought to the overworld map. All of
the levels that you can play on can be chosen at any time. Move the map
around by dragging it with the stylus, and tap on the building/structure
with the mission you want to play on. Locations with either "HELP!" or
"BONUS" (in the event of the bonus missions) signify songs you have yet to
clear. Locations with a gold medal above them represent you have already
cleared that song. You can replay songs as many times as you want.

The way I describe songs is pretty simple. I'll list the general episode
information at first, and then describe the overall beat patterns for each
difficulty. I split them up into sections (1st Section through the Final
Section). Sections are the parts of the songs with cutscenes between them.
You'll always start on the 1st Section, reach a cutscene shortly after, and
then you'll be on the 2nd Section. Not too hard of a concept.

For harder songs and difficulties, I'll map out the beat patterns that are
likely to make you go "How'd I fail so fast?". Finally, I also provide
links to Youtube videos of people getting all 300's on the particular songs
and difficulties. NONE OF THESE VIDEOS ARE OF ME PLAYING. Just wanted to
get that across. I take no credit for any of these videos--these people
have far more skill than I'll ever possess. There aren't too many songs for
Breezin', however. I suppose watching those is just boring to most people.
But there are videos for the other difficulties.

Use the videos to identify spots in the song where you have the most
trouble, then try to correct it. That's the best advice I can offer. Yes,
it does work. That's how I managed to get the majority of my S-ranks.

I also list the total amount of beats per song (as represented at the end
screen of every song). Every Hit Marker is a beat, every Phrase Marker is
a beat, and every Spin Marker is a beat. I list the maximum multiplier
obtainable in the song, too. Finally, I give S-rank tips and difficulty for
every difficulty setting, identifying the hardest areas of the song and
what you can do to not make those kind of mistakes. Finally, I mention the
rate the Elite-O-Meter will drop during the song.

=====================
~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--68
Maximum Multiplier--68
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--This the first song on the easiest difficulty, so naturally you
should find it easy to finish. I feel that few of these beats are even
close to what they sound like in the song, so don't get the feeling the
rest of the game will be like this. Take it easy.

1st Section--You will start out with four singular beats, all appearing at
the center of the screen. A group of three beats will appear from left to
right across the center of the screen again soon after. Tap them each three
seconds after the one before. The last three beats of the section are
exactly the same.

2nd Section--There will be four sets of two beats each, going from top to
bottom, alternating on the left and right sides of the screen. You'll then
repeat the chorus from the 1st section, but this time it is from right to
left. You will do it four times. Also of note is that the chorus is just a
little faster--there is a two second pause between each beat instead of
three.

3rd Section--Like the 2nd section, but the four pairs of beats are going
left to right, alternating from the top of the screen to the bottom. There
will then be four sets of three beats, going from left to right like
normal. The interval between the beats is still two seconds.

Final Section--Once again, four pairs of beats going from left to right
along the top and bottom of the screen. There will then be three final sets
of three beats. Once that is done, there will be the final Spin Marker.
Clear that and the song is over.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--It may seem absurd this isn't the easiest S-Rank to obtain,
but the fact you can only mess up six times makes things far harder. That,
and the fact that once you get used to Sweatin' you will realize that
Breezin' has VERY off-beat patterns, making things much harder. Focus on
the Timer Circles and completely ignore the song is you have to.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--109
Maximum Multiplier--109
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--There are far more beats here than in Breezin', but there still
aren't any Phrase Markers. In any case, it's still an easy song, and most
of the beats actually make some sense.

1st Section--There will be three pairs of beats going from top to bottom,
slowly shifting their way right across the screen. After that there will be
a single beat at the top of the screen, leading to three beats next to each
other at the bottom. These beats have a one second interval between them.
There will then be a group of three beats going from left to right, then
two beats at the bototm of the screen (two second interval between them),
then three more in the middle of the screen. There will then be three beats
on the left side of the screen going from top to bottom, two more on the
right in a similar fashion (two seconds apart), and then three more in the
middle from top to bottom.

2nd Section--Oddly enough, this section has literally the exact same beat
pattern as the first section. The only thing that changes are the words in
the background. Some of the beats in groups of three can be difficult since
the Timer Markers overlap the other beats in the group briefly, but
otherwise nothing changes in this section.

3rd Section--The third section is, once again, exactly like the first
section. If you had trouble with something on any of the previous sections,
you're still going to have trouble with it here. Try and change your timing
if that is the problem.

Final Section--There will be four pairs of three beats going in diagonal
directions across the screen. Each is two seconds apart from the other.
There will then be four sets of three beats going left to right (follow the
background music for them), and then two final sets of three beats from top
to bottom. A Spin Marker finishes the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--There's more beats, so you can mess up several more times
(A total of ten, by the way). If you can perfect the first section, then
you've perfected 75% of the song since sections two and three are exactly
the same. The final section has all triple-beats, and you have had enough
practice of those from the rest of the song. Not too hard.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--228
Maximum Multiplier--279
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--Wow! It got a lot harder from the previous difficulties. Most of
the beats this time now follow the words of the song, and not the
background music, so watch out. Some areas of the song also alternate
between beats to the lyrics and beats to the music. You'll need to remember
those moments so you don't hit a beat too far ahead of time.

1st Section--This starts off with eight simple beats--four to the right and
four to the left. Then there's two sets of three beats, beats 7 and 8 come
right after, and then three more above them. Then there's four more heading
right and then heading left, followed by a long Phrase Marker. There's
four beats after it. The next eight beats follow each syllable in the
chorus, with another five beats after them and a Phrase Marker. The next
few beats are a mirrored image of what you just tapped, but instead of a
Phrase Marker there will be four more beats.

2nd Section--Like in Cruisin', this section is just like the first. The
difference here is that it's mirrored slightly. Everything that went from
right to left is now left to right, a vice versa. Nothing flips from the
top of the screen to the bottom, though. Remember that the Phrase Markers
take several seconds, so don't move the stylus too fast.

3rd Section--The beginning is just like the 1st section, but after that you
get a very short Phrase Marker and a three-two-three beat set up afterwards
leading to the top of the screen. Past that point, the rest of the section
will remain much like the first, except for the ending. Instead of several
more beats, you will have to do a Spin Marker. It fills up fast, so rack up
some Bonus Points.

Final Section--There's the usual eight-beat setup at the start, but beats
3, 4, and 5 are all close to eachother. You will repeat this same pattern
again after a group of five beats, and the beats past that have a Phrase
Marker at the end. You will then face several groups of three beats, and
then one final color group whose timing is very tricky. The lyrics speed
up right at the end of the song:
         (3)--(2)--(1)
           (4)(5)(6)
There is no long pause between beats 3 and 4, so hit them quickly. After
this there is the final Spin Marker, and the song is over.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--The beats make a lot more sense, so with a little practice
you probably won't be making as many mistakes. The hardest part of the song
is probably right at the very end (as diagrammed above). It may take
several tries to not get miss one, or most, of those beats. Once you can
clear that part, the rest of the song shouldn't be much harder to get
mostly 300's on.

~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--228
Maximum Multiplier--279
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--This will be your first Hard ROCK song, so get used to the way
things work. The beats appear only a second before you need to him them,
and they are much smaller. You also can't tell if something is a Phrase
Marker until it's too late, so memorizing their locations is key. Although
it feels Hard ROCK is faster, it's actually the same rate as Sweatin'
(since the beat patterns here are just mirrored from Sweatin'). If you can
get past the Phrase Markers, you can probably finish the song no problem.

1st Section--You'll start with eight beats-four to the left and then four
to the right. You'll then have to tap two sets of three beats, a pair of
beats with a short pause between them, then three more beats. After the
next eight beats there is a Phrase Marker followed by four quick beats.
Another set of eight beats is after this (beats 3, 4, and 5 need to be hit
quickly), and then there is a green color group of beats. The sixth will be
a Phrase Marker. You'll then need to hit another set of eight beats, and
then nine beats. The last four are about half a second apart from each
other.

2nd Section--This section is just mirrored from the first (everything on
the left is now on the right, but there won't be an vertical changes). The
fourth group of beats with be blue, and there will be eight of them. The
beat after that is a Phrase Marker. The second group after that will be
green, and the sixth beat in that set will also be a Phrase Marker. Two
more groups will be next, and they are the same as in the first section.

3rd Section--This section is almost exactly the same as the first. However,
the first beat in the second group (which is green) is a short Phrase
Marker. There's no pellets, so even if you don't hold the ball you will
clear with 50 Points. After a group of eight beats there will be a red
Phrase Marker, so be alert. There is another Phrase Marker in the next
green group. It's the sixth beat in. After another group of eight beats
there will be a Spin Marker.

Final Section--The first part of this section isn't anything new. However,
the red group has a Phrase Marker on the sixth beat. The next group is
pretty easy, and then you have the final group.
         (6)(5)(4)
       (1)--(2)--(3)
Again, there is almost no pause between beats 3 and 4. Once you finish
these you have to clear one last Spin Marker, and the song is finished.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--There's only a small amount of Phrase Markers in this song,
and they are pretty easily guessable first time through. Remembering their
locations isn't too hard, so you should be fine on that regard. Don't
falter on the last six beats as shown above. They are a bit tricky, but
Hard ROCK technically makes their timing slightly easier.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--78
Maximum Multiplier--259
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--This is one of only two songs that has five sections instead of
the usual four. For Breezin', most of the song is Phrase Markers. Four
consecutive Hit Markers is the worst you'll need to overcome. Overall, it
isn't too bad.

1st Section--This section is composed of just several pairs of Hit Markers.
There is nothing too hard about this section, and for the most part the
beats occur three words after eachother. Timing isn't absurdly hard.

2nd Section--Things get mixed up a bit here. You will encounter the first
of many Phrase Markers here. There are two of them in this section, and
there will be several beats after each one. At the end of the section there
is a group of four beats moving from right to left. The last one needs to
be hit right before "To" in the song, not during "Me". Don't get tripped
up there.

3rd Section--You will start with two sets of four beats before a Phrase
Marker. You'll hit about another ten beats before the next Phrase Marker,
and almost every beat is the same distance away from eachother. After
another group of beats you will encounter the same four beats like at the
end of the 2nd section. The same rule applies on the last beat, so don't
think it changed.

4th Section--You will have to hit four straight Phrase Markers. All of them
move quite slowly. After the fourth one you will need to hit a final Hit
Marker, and that's the end of the section.

Final Section--This first half of the section is exactly identical to the
2nd section of the song. Right after the fourth beat at what would be the
end of the 2nd section, you will need to hit the Phrase Marker, some more
beats another Phrase Marker, then four beats. After that, there's a final
Phrase Marker, two more beats, and then the Spin Marker to finish the song
with.

S-Rank Difficulty--1/10
S-Rank Notes--Half of this song is nothing but Phrase Markers, and those
are insanely easy to get 300's on. The hardest part of the song is the
group of four beats where the final one needs to be hit on "To". Once you
figure that out, you can perfect it on the several occasions it is used in
the song. An S-Rank should be easily obtainable, possibly on your first
play of the song.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--151
Maximum Multiplier--276
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--There are more beats, as well as shorter Phrase Markers, so you
will need to work a little harder in Cruisin'. However, now there's a beat
for every word in "Makes no difference to me", so there aren't any tricks
in that respect.

1st Section--There are only eleven beats in this section, and they only
skip several words in the song. You can probably guess when to hit them
based off of how close they are to eachother. Nothing major yet.

2nd Section--There are Phrase Markers in this section. After the first one
you will face several diagonal-patterned beats. The first red color group
has six beats, and they match every word in the sentence (except for
"what"). The second half of this section is just a mirrored version of the
first half, but the six beats at the end match the lyrics of "Makes no
diff-erence to me".

3rd Section--You will have several groups of four and three beats, all with
about a second pause between each beat. About halfway through the section
you will encounter a Phrase Marker, with two sets of diagonal beats, and
then the continuing six beats. Another Phrase Marker is after that, with
another two sets of diagonal beats and then six beats to finish the
section.

4th Section--The pattern here will start with a Phrase Marker, then six
beats in tune with "Makes no difference to me". This will be repeated two
more time. After the fourth Phrase Marker, there will be four beats in
tune with "Makes no difference". The last two words aren't said, so don't
be expecting them.

Final Section--This section works exactly like it did in Breezin'. You will
start off by performing the 2nd section all over again. Once you finish
what is similar to the 2nd section, you will then repeat something similar
to the 4th section. However, the first beats after the Phrase Marker match
"Makes no difference", the ones after the second Phrase Marker are "Makes
no difference to me", and the beats after the final Phrase Marker match
"Makes no difference" again. After this is the final Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--There may be more beats, but the difficulty isn't too much
harder. The later sections of the song just reuse beat patterns from
earlier in the song. If you could handle it then, you can handle it when it
gets repeated. If you get mostly 300's on the first three sections of the
song, chances are you will be able to get an S-Rank. Otherwise, practice up
on the areas you get many 100's at and try again.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--179
Maximum Multiplier--425
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--This song has a lot of beats, and almost all of them match the
words of the song (some of them the specific syllables of words,
especially in the case of "difference"). There otherwise isn't too much of
a difference from Cruisin', although many beats switch directional
positions (from horizontal to vertical), so you will need to adjust.

1st Section--The amazingly short first section is the easiest of them all.
It's composed of several five beat groups, the last one being four. In
every single group, the fourth beat is placed close to the third. Needless
to say, you will need to hit it right aftere you tap the third Hit Marker.
Other than that, nothing major in this section.

2nd Section--The first three groups of beats will compose of two beats
moving in a diagonal direction, and the third will be a Phrase Marker (the
first Phrase Marker has a rebound at the end of it!). After that is another
Phrase Marker with four beats after it. Another Phrase Marker, and then
you will repeat the first two groups of this section. It ends with six
beats looping around to the bottom of the screen.

3rd Section--You will face three groups of six beats. All of the beats are
hit at roughly the exact same rate after one another, so keep your tapping
consistant with the lyrics. The final group (which is red) has the final
two beats very close to eachother. After that, you will repeat the second
half of the second section. There are several Phrase Markers, but they are
nice and slow.

4th Section--In this section there will be a Phrase Marker, followed by six
beats. This repeats three times, but the last one has four beats after the
Phrase Marker. Once you end each Phrase Marker, hit the second and third
Hit Markers right away. Those follow the background music, not the lyrics.
Don't get caught in that trap.

Final Section--Like the other difficulties, it is only a repeat of the
second section. Halfway through, however, it changes a bit. It turns into
a Phrase Marker with three Hit Markers right after. Right after you finish
the Phrase Marker you must hit the second beat to get the 300. Any
hesitation and you will get a 100, or possibly miss it entirely. Two beat
groups after some Phrase Markers have a two Hit Markers overlapping
eachother. It's easily seen. Once you pass the second overlap, you will
need to clear the Spin Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--The only difficult part about getting an S-Rank here would be
the third section. Being slight off-beat there can result in multiple
100's destroying your chance at an S-Rank in a flash. If you can survive
that easily, then the latter half of the final section is the only other
trouble area. Keep your timing straight and you should all 300 that area
with ease. Otherwise, you're in trouble.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--179
Maximum Multiplier--425
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--This song is full of Phrase Markers, and that is what can destroy
you on Hard ROCK. Luckily, the last half of the song reuses the beat
patterns from earlier in the song, so if you can memorize the first half
then you should be fine for the last half. There aren't too many Hit
Markers, and most of them are fairly easy to hit.

1st Section--Much like what you had to do in Sweatin', all of the fourth
beats in this section come right after the third. There isn't any form of
a pause, so don't hesitate to tap them. The final group of beats in this
section contains only four of them, and there is a pause between the second
and the third/fourth beats. Nothing else is in this section.

2nd Section--The first three sets of beats each have a Phrase Marker in
them, and all of them are on the third beat. After the third set there will
be yet another Phrase Marker, which is followed by four beats. There is
another Phrase Marker right after that, and then two more sets of three
beats. The third beat of each of these is also a Phrase Marker. The section
ends with another group of six beats, the last four close to eachother.

3rd Section--You will face three sets of six beats, each of them moving in
a circular direction. The third and fourth beats of each group are closer
together (but very slightly) than the rest of the group. Once you get
through that, there will be four more beats (the third and fourth ones very
close together). The next three groups will have a Phrase Marker on the
third beat, so keep that in mind. After that there will be another Phrase
Marker followed by four more Hit Markers. There will be another Phrase
Marker, then followed by two more groups with three beats each. The third
beat is a Phrase Marker in both. Then there are six beats looping in a
backwards-four shape.

4th Section--This section contains four groups of beats. All of the groups
starts with a Phrase Marker, followed by six Hit Markers. The last group
only has four Hit Markers after the Phrase Marker. Note that the second
and third beats of each group needs to be hit right after you finish the
Phrase Marker--these Hit Markers match the music instead of the lyrics.
You'll probably remember them from Sweatin'. The last group, again, only
has four Hit Markers after the Phrase Marker.

Final Section--You will start off with a repeat of the second section.
There will be three groups of three beats, the third one being a Phrase
Marker. After that is another Phrase Marker with four Hit Markers after it,
another Phrase Marker, then two groups of three beats each (the third,
again, Phrase Markers). After six more beats there will be a Phrase Marker
and three beats following it right away. After four more beats (3 and 4 are
overlapping) there will be another Phrase Marker with three beats quickly
following. The previous three groups will repeat themselves again, and then
you need to clear the Spin Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--This song has a ton of Phrase Markers, so learning all of
them can be a real pain. Once you do learn all of the Phrase Markers,
getting an S-Rank shouldn't be too hard. Some of the beats in the final
section can throw you off (especially the ones that come right after the
Phrase Markers), so practice those if you have trouble.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--96
Maximum Multiplier--96
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--As with almost all Breezin' songs, most of the beats aren't
exactly in tune with the song. The Timer Circles make things pretty easy,
though, and since the chorus is repeated many times, once you nail it you
can easily clear half the song. The other half is just seperated beat by
beat. Not too hard.

1st Section--This section is just composed of nine beats. The first six
will occur in pairs. For them, the second beat comes two words of the song
after the first beat. At the end are three beats, the first two are the
first two words of the line, and the third beat is the last word.

2nd Section--This section alternates between four beat patterns and three
beat patterns. Much like the first section, each beat generally comes two
words after the beat previous. This is the chorus of the song, so you'll
be seeing something similar to this pattern several more times. All of the
beats are kept the same distance from eachother, so keep an even rhythm.
After the last group you will need to hit one final beat.

3rd Section--The first few color groups are just mirrored patterns of the
first section. After three of these groups, a group of four Hit Markers
lines down the center of the screen (the last two beats are close to each
other). After that, you will repeat the second half of the second section,
but most of it is mirrored to the bottom side of the screen. Hit the last
beat at the end to finish the section.

Final Section--The first three groups are setup in a pyramid shape, and
they are slightly off beat with the song. After those groups comes a long
Phrase Marker, and then you will be repeating the second section once
again. The chorus repeats itself twice, so keep on tapping. Once you clear
this you will have to finish a Spin Marker before the song ends.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--Although some Hit Markers are quite off beat from the song,
several playthroughs and you will have gotten used to it. There aren't any
particularily challenging sections, but the first half of the final
section might be difficult to some people. Practice it a little until you
can get 300's on those beats.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--135
Maximum Multiplier--211
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--Most of the beats match the words of the song, making your job
slightly easier. The only difference here is there's more Hit Markers and
an extra Phrase Marker or two, but otherwise the song is still pretty slow,
and should easily be finished.

1st Section--Here, you will be faced with a group of four beats, then two
beats, then another group of four beats. Like in Breezin', almost all of
these beats match every other word of the song, so follow that cue. Once
you finish the last group, five beats will appear across the screen. They
match every single word of the song, and all of them are tapped at the same
steady rate.

2nd Section--The chorus of the song is full of the same group of beats
repeated four times. It starts with one line of beats, the second and third
close to eachother, then three more beats below it (the fifth and sixth
close together), and then there is a new group that starts with a Phrase
Marker and has three beats all tapped at an even rate right after. After
the final Phrase Marker you will be presented with five more Hit Markers,
also hit on every word of the last sentence.

3rd Section--The first half of this section will just repeat the same
patterns from the first section. The transition group has three beats near
eachother, then the fourth is a Phrase Marker. After that, you will just
repeat the second section chorus. This part of the chorus, though, is much
shorter, so expect the group of five beats at the end instead of a repeat
of the lyrics. The last five, again, are each hit word-by-word.

Final Section--You will have to hit several beats moving in a square-shaped
pattern. After finishing those groups, two more beat will appear, the
second being a Phrase Marker. After this, most of the second section will
be repeated. Towards the end, however, there will be three straight Phrase
Markers, three more beats, and then a Spin Marker signifying the end of the
song.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--Most of the beats are on tune with the song this time around,
so there's not much else for me to say. Some of the beats after several
Phrase Markers have a very short pause before you need to hit them, so
learn the timing a bit better if you can't get 300's on those. It's a slow
and easy song.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=nfIjyRfDuc8

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--191
Maximum Multiplier--282
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--There is now a beat for pretty much every word in the song, so
you shouldn't be questioning their placements anymore. However, you will be
contending with very short Phrase Markers followed by some quick Hit
Markers during the chorus, and that's the only really hard part of the
song.

1st Section--This section contains two main groups repeated several times.
The first has three beats, where the last two overlap eachother. They match
the words (the last two words are said quickly together, so tap
accordingly). The other group has five beats, each matching the words at
an even rate. The final group has three beats, the last one being a Phrase
Marker.

2nd Section--The chorus of the song took a major overhaul, so be prepared
for it. The main two groups of the chorus alternate. The first one has a
short Phrase Marker, two Hit Markers, and another short Phrase Marker with
two Hit Markers. The second group has a Phrase Marker followed by five Hit
Markers matching the words to the song. This will repeat several times, but
in the middle of the chorus will be a green group that has only three beats
(the third is a Phrase Marker). The final group in this section also has an
additional beat at the end--a long Phrase Marker.

3rd Section--The first half of this section is just a repeat of the first
section. Right after that will be some diamond-patterned beats, all needing
to be hit at a quick rate, and then the pattern repeats. The fourth beat
of the second group, though, is a long Phrase Marker. You will then have to
tap to the latter half of the second section chorus. Unlike the second
section, there will be an additional three beats at the end that go with
the background drums.

Final Section--The first half of this section will be a group of six beats,
all matching the lyrics, and the sixth beat is a Phrase Marker. In the
fourth group, there will be seven beats and no Phrase Markers. After that
the chorus will repeat, but there are several key beat changes. The first
two groups lack Phrase Markers, so all four beats are hit at a fast rate.
After a line with the Phrase Markers, the no Phrase Marker group will
return twice again, followed by two more groups with the Phrase Markers.
Finally, there will be a group of seven beats with Hit Markers two and
three overlapping. Clear the Spin Marker and the song is over.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--This song may surprise you with the amount of beats it has,
but you will need to stay calm. By far, the Phrase Markers are what
destroy your chances at an S-Rank more than anything else. If you let go of
the stylus too early, you will likely just clear the Phrase Marker with
100 points. With the absurd amount of short Phrase Markers, doing this too
many times will cost you. If this is a problem, force yourself to wait
until you see the point value for the Phrase Marker appear before moving
on.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--191
Maximum Multiplier--282
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--The chorus is the hardest part of the song. You'll need to
remember the locations of the Phrase Markers, otherwise you may be tempted
to lift the stylus up assuming it was just a normal Hit Marker, which will
certainly impact the Elite-O-Meter. Other then that, there aren't too many
beats here. The majority of them are simple.

1st Section--The first group of beats consists of a single beat followed
by two beats that overlap eachother. This is repeated again, and then there
are a series of five beats following the lyrics of the song. The first two
groups of beats will be repeated yet again (don't forget to double tap),
and the final group has three beats. The third beat is a short Phrase
Marker.

2nd Section--You can easily fail this section if you aren't careful. At
first, every odd numbered group will have a short Phrase Marker on the
first and fourth beats of the group. The even numbered groups will have a
Phrase Marker on the first beat, then followed by five normal Hit Markers.
After a total of four groups, there will be a green group with only three
beats (the third is a Phrase Marker). Then the odd-even-odd patterned
groups will repeat, but the final group has a long Phrase Marker on the
seventh beat.

3rd Section--The first half of this section is a repeat of the first
section. After that there will be two groups of beats moving in a diamon
shaped pattern, and the final beat of the second group is a long Phrase
Marker. After that, you will just repeat the last half of the second
section chorus. Don't forget the long Phrase Marker on the seventh beat of
the red group. There are also three additional beats at the very end, so
keep watch for them.

Final Section--The beginning of this section will have three groups of six
beats each. Each groups has a Phrase Marker on the sixth beat. The next
group will have seven beats and no Phrase Markers. You will then repeat the
chorus, but the first two groups of beats have no Phrase Markers--just
really quick Hit Markers. The next threee groups have one Phrase Marker
as the first beat, though. Then there is one final group without a Phrase
Marker, and then you just need to clear the Spin Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--There are a ton of Phrase Markers, and that is easily where
you can mess up your chances for an S-Rank (either by getting 100's or
simply missing the marker entirely). Memorize those locations and you
should be fine. Some of the overlapping beats can be hard to see, so if you
have trouble, remember where those are too.

Total Beats--52
Maximum Multiplier--212
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--Half the song is Phrase Markers, the other half is mostly off
beat Hit Markers. If you can ignore that, it's a really simple song.

1st Section--This section contains ten beats, and I honestly can't find any
real connection between them and the song. Follow the Timer Circles, I
suppose. There aren't very many beats so you should get by just fine.

2nd Section--This section starts off with several Phrase Markers. The third
one has a single Hit Marker right before it, and after it is a group of
four Hit Markers barely matching the music of the song. You will then have
to tap mirrored images of the previous Phrase Markers you just hit, ending
on a single Hit Marker.

3rd Section--In the first two groups in this section, the first two beats
are hit to the word "Born". The last Hit Marker in the first groups matches
"Yeah", while the remaining Hit Markers in the second group match the rest
of the words in the sentence. Then there's just one more Phrase Marker.

Final Section--The first half of this section will look exactly like the
second section. Then you will get a group of three Hit Markers, followed by
another Phrase Marker, and then one final. Then you just need to complete
the Spin Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--Well, you can only get 5 100's or 50's. But, half the song is
nothing but Phrase Markers, and those you shouldn't be getting 100's on.
This S-Rank isn't too hard, but several beats might mess you up a bit.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--101
Maximum Multiplier--182
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--There's roughly twice as many beats, and much fewer Phrase
Markers, so you have some room for error. The song is still slow, but most
of these beats make sense, so things should be a bit easier.

1st Section--The first two groups contain four Hit Markers all spread out
at the same pace. You'll then have a Phrase Marker, then several more
beats. The red Phrase Marker on the bottom will have two final beats appear
after it. They are close together, so don't pause between hitting them.

2nd Section--You start with a huge Phrase Marker, followed by several beats
matching the words, and then yet another Phrase Marker. The next three
beats match the music. Then there is a short Phrase Marker with several
more beats. The next group of Hit Markers follows the music, not the
lyrics. The group after it, though, follows the lyrics and has a Phrase
Marker on the sixth beat. The next two groups have several more Hit
Markers, but the second has a Phrase Marker at the start.

3rd Section--You will face single beats in corners of the screen several
times, with two Phrase Markers inbetween them. There will then be a string
of five Hit Markers following each syllable in the sentence. After that
there will be a Spin Marker.

Final Section--This section matches the last half of the second section
perfectly. Most of the beats here match the word "Born" in the lyrics, so
note that. Near the end is a group of five beats in an "M" pattern. Listen
to the lyrics--listening to the music will make you miss the timing by a
little bit. After that will be three more Hit Markers, then another group
of three (markers two and three overlap, the timing for the third is based
on the lyrics). Finish the next Phrase Marker and eight more Hit Markers,
and you'll have to spin the Spin Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--There's nothing real special about this song, and I don't
think that there are any spots that are too challenging. The final section
might have several tough spots (notably the beginning and the ending), but
nothing else than that.

~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--121
Maximum Multiplier--270
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--Sweatin' has far more Hit Markers to counter the fact there are
even fewer Phrase Markers. That's good because you probably don't want to
memorize them when you do it on Hard ROCK. As per usual, the beats here
really match the words, but the pace seems to have quickened up a bit.

1st Section--There will be four groups with four Hit Markers each. These
match the syllables of each word, rather than just the word itself. After
the fourth group there will be a group of three beats, the first and third
being short Phrase Markers. The final group has four beats, split into two
overlapping pairs.

2nd Section--This section contains many groups with Phrase Markers,
generally followed by several beats. After the first few groups, the second
beat of the group will need to be tapped right after the Phrase Marker.
There won't be a pause. There are also several overlaying Hit Markers here.
All of them follow the words of the song, and the first overlapping beats
have a pause between them. Other than that, nothing too difficult.

3rd Section--The beginning pattern of the first section will be repeated
several times. There will be a Phrase Markers and several extra Hit Markers
inbetween them, however. After that is a group with three overlaying Hit
Markers, ending with a short Phrase Marker with several rebounds and one
final Hit Marker.

Final Section--Most of the second section will be repeated here. You need
to keep in mind that there are a bunch of short, consecutive Phrase Markers
in the middle of this section. After several diamond-shaped beat patterns
there will be some more Phrase Markers quickly followed by more Hit
Markers. After three more Hit Markers, you'll need to finish a Spin Marker
to clear the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--Because of the many consecutive short Phrase Markers, you may
only get 100 points for lifting up on the ball too early. Also, several
overlapping Hit Markers can be slightly difficult due to the nature of
whether they are on beat with the music or the lyrics. Past that, only the
Phrase Markers are the hard part of this song.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--121
Maximum Multiplier--270
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow-Medium
Overview--Ah, crap. You'll hate the realization there are a ton of Phrase
Markers in this song. Also, some of the double and triple overlapping Hit
Markers you'll need to remember as you may not recongnize them until it is
too late. It'll probably take a lot of practice to S-Rank, let alone
finish, this song.

1st Section--There will be four groups of four beats each. The fifth group
will have two Phrase Markers on the first and third beats. The final group
has two pairs or two overlapping Hit Markers.

2nd Section--You will start off with several straight Phrase Markers, with
two Hit Markers overlapping the second. Then another Phrase Marker, and
another on the fourth beat of the group. There will be a Phrase Marker on
the first beat of the next group, and then another on the second group of
the group after it. Then there are two more consecutive Phrase Markers, and
then another three Phrase Markers in the upcoming the groups. The last beat
in the red group is a Phrase Marker. (Ugh! So many Phrase Markers!).

3rd Section--The beat pattern from the beginning of the first section will
repeat four times. After the second time there will be a Phrase Marker and
two overlapping Hit Markers. Be alert. After the fourth repeat, there will
be four Hit Markers (the last two overlap), and then a short Phrase Marker
that rebounds several times, with a last Hit Marker after it.

Final Section--This section start with a Phrase Marker, two overlapping
beats, another Phrase Marker with several beats after it (the fourth is
another Phrase Marker). The next group starts with a Phrase Marker, and
then shifts to another group with three Phrase Markers on the second,
third, and fourth beats. The first half of this section gets repeated
again, and there will be a Phrase Marker at the end of the second to last
group, and then there will be three more Hit Markers before the Spin Marker
at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--7/10
S-Rank Notes--I can't stand the absurd amount of Phrase Markers in this
song. If you forget the location of just one of them, you'll likely miss a
pellet and destroy the possibility of an S-Rank. Several of the overlapping
Hit Markers can be hard to determine when to tap them as they appear very
quickly, but they are much easier to figure out than remembering the Phrase
Markers. It'll take a little practice, but once you remember all of the
Phrase Markers, you will be table to tackle this S-Rank head on.

=====================
Total Beats--82
Maximum Multiplier--202
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--There's nothing tricky about this song. Well, some of the beats
don't match the song, but you should be used to that by now. As fast paced
as the song seems to go, the beats are spread out enough to make it seem
quite slow.

1st Section--This section starts with groups of a Hit Marker and a Phrase
Marker. Nothing special. Soon after is a group with with three beats placed
close to eachother. After that there will be a a long, then a short, Phrase
Marker to finish.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is exactly like the first
section. However, instead of two Phrase Markers at the end, there will only
be one followed by more beats. There isn't much else to say about the
ending groups of Hit Markers. The only ones that fit the beat of the song
are the three placed near eachother. Just follow the Timer Circles
carefully (which can be hard since they often overlap nearby Timer Circles
as well).

3rd Section--This is the shortest section of the song. There will be two
groups with a Phrase Marker and several Hit Markers. After that there will
be several more groups with three and four Hit Markers each. There is one
lone Hit Marker to end the section.

Final Section--This section is mant spaced out Hit Markers. Midway through
the section there will be a simple Hit Marker, and then more three-group
Hit Markers. At the end there will be two Phrase Markers, and the Spin
Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--Sure, there are a decent amount of beats that seem off from
the rest of the song, but that's nothing you can't solve by staring at the
Timer Circles. There is a fair amount of beats, so you have some room for
error. Overall, it isn't too difficult of a song to S-Rank.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--121
Maximum Multiplier--271
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--The song overall seems to have been quickened, and there are more
beats this time around. They match the song far more than they did on
Breezin', so you should certainly have an easier time.

1st Section--This section of the song contains many consecutive beats,
generally in groups of three. They match the words of the song, so once you
get the hang of it, they aren't too hard. Other than that, there will be
two Phrase Markers towards the end of the section. Don't get tripped up by
them.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is just a repeat of the first
section. After the Phrase Marker lining the bottom of the screen, there
will be several more groups of Hit Markers, several of them having Phrase
Markers at the end. At the end of the section there will be one final Hit
Marker that doesn't fit into the song at all. Be careful.

3rd Section--In this short section, you mainly have to face several Phrase
Markers, each with a could of Hit Markers placed after them. Midway through
the section there will be three close beats, but it shouldn't be too much
trouble. Several more Phrase Markers and the section ends.

Final Section--There are a ton of beats in the final section. Most of this
part of the song is just three beats close together, with a fourth Hit
Marker a second afterwards. There's usually a Phrase Marker and two other
Hit Markers between these types of groups. The end of the song has two
groups of four Hit Markers, and the timing is a bit weird for them. You may
need to practice them--they can be tough. Get through the Spin Marker to
finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--Despite there being far more beats, you should be able to
tell how they match the song. With a decent amount of Phrase Markers, a
little practice and this S-Rank shouldn't be too difficult. The last are of
the final section can give you problems, but the timing isn't to terribly
difficult.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--171
Maximum Multiplier--336
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow-Medium
Overview--There are a ton of beats in this song now, and a lot of them can
be tricky if you don't listen carefully to the music. Other then a few
tricky beats near the beginning and ending of the song, there isn't too
much new here.

1st Section--The first two groups of beats follow every word in the
sentence, with a Phrase Marker after that. Soon after there will be several
beats moving downwards, and two groups have two overlapping beats. Again,
matching the words. There's a couple of snaking Phrase Markers at the end,
but it's only the large amount of quick beats you have to worry about in
this section.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is quite similar to the first
section. However, the Phrase Markers in the first groups appear sooner and
there is an extra Hit Marker after them. Midway through the section you
will encounter something different, however. It's generally a Phrase Marker
followed by several Hit Markers. There will still be some snaky Phrase
Markers and long strings of close beats. Don't forget about the lone Hit
Marker at the end of the section.

3rd Section--The first half of this short section is just some short Phrase
Markers with several rebounds in them. The second half is a repeat of the
latter half of the second section. If you could clear that easily, there
isn't going to be a problem here. The lone Hit Marker is still at the end,
as well.

Final Section--The first half of this section is just a bunch of even and
closely placed Hit Markers, with a Phrase Marker stuffed in every now and
then. Midway through the section you will repeat most of the second half of
the second section, up until the end. There will be two groups of four
beats each, and beats 2 and 3 of the first group has tricky timing. After
that there will be the final Spin Marker to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--The first section can be tricky if you aren't expecting the
overlapping beats. The biggest mess up can occur in the last section, right
at the end of the song. The last two groups of beats have very awkward
timing when compared to the rest of the song, so be sure not to falter
there when going for an S-Rank.

~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--171
Maximum Multiplier--336
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--If you didn't think there were a ton of Phrase Markers in
Sweatin', you will easily think so in Hard ROCK. Most of them are in pretty
easy to remember places, however, so a couple of runthroughs of the song
and you should be set. Now you just gotta hit the remaining beats to
succeed, but that shouldn't be as hard.

1st Section--The first two groups have a Phrase Marker at the end of them.
Since the beats appear so fast, you may not notice the overlapping beats in
the next section, be be aware. There are two more Phrase Markers at the end
of the section.

2nd Section--The first two groups have easily missable Phrase Markers, and
the second group has an additional one at the end that rebounds. There are
several overlapping beats again after this, and another Phrase Marker in
the green group. The upcoming three groups have several Phrase Markers,
generally in the middle and the ending of the group, and all of them have
at least one rebound point. There are two more short groups, two more
Phrase Markers, and a final Hit Marker at the bottom of the screen that you
may miss.

3rd Section--The beginning of this section has some Phrase Markers with
several rebounds. After a couple more simple Hit Markers, you will then
repeat the ending of the second section, and the two Phrase Markers also
repeat. Don't forget the lone Hit Marker also at the end of the section.

Final Section--There's some Hit Markers at the start, followed by a Phrase
Marker. This same pattern repeats a second time. The next group of five
Hit Markers has a Phrase Marker at the end. This group repeats three more
times in roughly the same pattern. The final two groups have only Hit
Markers, but the timing on them can be slightly tricky. The final Spin
Marker comes after them.

S-Rank Dificulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--The Phrase Markers can quickly make your try for an S-Rank
end in failure. Once you memorize their locations, then the beats at the
end of the song can give you the most trouble. The final section in
general is quite difficult, hosting a ton of beats. Be careful as you go
through it.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--84
Maximum Multiplier--155
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--It's a pretty simple song, and there aren't many places you can
really mess up on. You may find that the song is shorter than you will
think, so that may also be nice to know.

1st Section--Several of the first groups of the song have some close Hit
Markers. They are in tune with the lyrics. Past some Phrase Markers, most
of the Hit Markers will be in tune with the music rather then the lyrics.
This mainly applies to the last two groups. After them there will be a Spin
Marker.

2nd Section--This section has just reversed directions of the beats from
the first section. The main differences is that the second and fourth
groups appear in the top corners of the screen, and there isn't a Spin
Marker at the end. It has been replaced by several Phrase Markers instead.

3rd Section--This is the shortest section of the song. You merely repeat
the first several groups of the first section. There's a Phrase Marker at
the end, however, instead of several Hit Markers like there should be.

Final Section--You start off by repeating the ending of the first section
again. However, the final group of the section is slightly different. You
have five Hit Markers moving in a zig-zag pattern instead of in a straight
line. They follow the music moreso than the lyrics. After that is the Spin
Marker ending the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--Well, with no tricky beats (save the ones in the corner in
the middle of the second section), there isn't anything noteworthy. Of
course, it is Breezin', so you shouldn't be expecting too much here.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--94
Maximum Multiplier--187
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--There's a similar amount of beats compared to Breezin', and the
overall layout of the beats is identical. The beats here match the song
it bit better, so you should have an easier time.

1st Section--The first half of this section is almost exactly like it was
in Breezin'. However, there's an additional Hit Marker thrown into the
first and third groups. After them are some Phrase Markers and close
together Hit Markers. Get through a couple more groups, and then there will
be a Spin Marker at the end of the section.

2nd Section--The first half of the section, despite having the same lyrics
as the beginning of the first section, has a different beat layout. It's
generally two beats and a very short Phrase Marker. Midway through there is
a long Phrase Marker, and you will then repeat the latter half of the first
section. Instead of a Spin Marker, there will be a long Phrase Marker, a
group of Hit Markers, and another Phrase Marker.

3rd Section--All you do in this tiny section is repeat the beginning of the
first section. At the end there will be a Phrase Marker instead of what was
a Hit Marker.

Final Section--The last section now makes you repeat the last half of the
first section, but there will be a Phrase Marker at the end. There is also
a Spin Marker right after it, ending the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--It is still a pretty slow song when you view the beats.
Nothing I can think of is insanely hard here. Some of the Hit Markers that
are close together may be tricky if you miss the timing slightly, but other
than an easily fixed mistake like that you shouldn't have trouble.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--164
Maximum Multiplier--269
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium
Overview--There are a ton of beats in this song now, and it's a major
change. The song now seems much faster, and with plenty of overlapping Hit
Markers and Phrase Markers. It may take several tries to finish this song
due to how difficult it can be.

1st Section--This section starts with overlapping beats, and the second
groups also has some overlapping beats. These beats follow the syllables in
the words, so note that. These three groups repeat themselves yet again
right afterwards. The next few groups have some Phrase Markers in them, and
there is an overlapping pair of beats hidden away. Right after the blue
Phrase Marker comes the hard part. There will be two beats in three
seperate areas that overlap, but they come about a second after eachother.
The point value covers the second beat, making the timing very hard. Focus
on the song. The first beat comes at the start of the first word, and the
second beat comes at the end of the second word. After another Phrase
Marker and some Hit Markers there will be a Spin Marker.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is quite similar to the
beginning of the first section, but there will be two pairs of overlapping
beats in the first and third groups. The song moves quick so you will need
to react fast. After a long Phrase Marker, the latter half of the first
section is repeated again. However, in the red color group there will be
three overlapping beats. Hit them all quickly. Three more Phrase Markers
finish off this section.

3rd Section--In this short section, you will have almost every other group
have an overlapping beat. Every even numbered group has a Phrase Marker as
well. The section is short, and mirrors the beginning of the first section
again, so if you didn't have trouble there then this will be simple.

Final Section--You will begin towards the ending of the first section.
There's nothing new here. After the final five beats there will be a Spin
Marker, and the song will finally be over.

S-Rank Difficulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--They certainly made this song hard for Sweatin'! The first
section is certainly the hardest part of the song, with a ton of areas
where you can miss a beat (especially the overlapping ones halfway
through). The timing for those is especially tricky, so longer practice may
be needed to adjust yourself.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--164
Maximum Multiplier--269
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--This song can be pretty difficult. You don't get much time to
react to a lot of the overlapping beats (of which there are quite a lot
of), there's a bunch of Phrase Markers, and the first section of the song
by itself can be a real killer. Although, all of the following sections
just repeat the first section for the most part. If you can survive the
first section easily, logically, the rest of the song shouldn't be a huge
hazard.

1st Section--The first three groups have some overlapping Hit Markers in
them, and the first group has a Phrase Marker at the end. After the third
group, these first three groups get repeated again. The next two groups
have Phrase Markers in them, and then these two groups also get repeated
again. Then you have the hard part--the three pairs of overlapping Hit
Markers. See the description for them in Sweatin'--they remain the same.
But now since they are so small, the point value covers up the Timer Circle
as well, so your timing needs to be perfect. After a few more Hit Markers
and a Phrase Marker, there will be a Spin Marker.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is a repeat of the first half
of the first section. All of the Phrase Markers have been taken out and
were replaced by overlapping Hit Markers, so be watching for those. After
a winding Phrase Marker, you then repeat the latter half of the first
section. Right after the part with three pairs of overlapping beats, you
will have a red color group with three overlapping beats (replacing the
Spin Marker). There will be three straight Phrase Markers after this.

3rd Section--This section is just a repeat of the first half of the first
section. It's only three groups repeated twice over. There are Phrase
Markers on the first and third groups, but other than that this isn't too
difficult.

Final Section--Now this is the last half of the first section. Instead of
the Spin Marker, there will be two groups of five Hit Markers each (don't
forget the Phrase Marker right before these groups, though). After these
two groups will be the actual ending Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--7/10
S-Rank Notes--Blargh, so many Phrase Markers. There is also the three pairs
of overlapping Hit Markers in the first, second, and final sections. You
will more likely then not be stuck in these areas, and one falter will ruin
the attempt at an S-Rank. Be careful of the part with three overlapping
Hit Markers--a mistap can also cause a quick failure here as well.

=====================
Total Beats--88
Maximum Multiplier--194
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--You shouldn't have much trouble with this upbeat song. Don't
worry--Breezin' will get a bit harder soon, but the next few songs aren't
going to change your current opinion on it. The best part is that every
beat matches the song or the infamous "Y.M.C.A." lyrics, so you shouldn't
have much trouble

1st Section--All this section has is several beats focused on the lyrics
of the song. There are a couple of simple Phrase Markers, but nothing too
hard here. Don't get tripped by the last two Hit Markers placed near
eachother.

2nd Section--This section has a bunch of Phrase Markers, with some Hit
Markers inbetween. "Y.M.C.A." gets repeated four times, and it's the second
and fourth times that can be tricky. The Phrase Marker only covers the
first two letters, while two quick Hit Markers are in tune with the last
two letters. Other then that, there's still nothing too hard here.

3rd Section--This section is a repeat of the first section for the most
part. However, the first few groups are now placed on the left and right
edges of the screen, and the final group of six beats is placed on a
mirrored placement when compared to the first section.

Final Section--This section has a few tricky beats. The first blue color
groups has a beat on each of the five loud "dee"'s in the song, right
before the Y.M.C.A. chorus. Once you get past that, the rest of the song is
just a repeat of the second section. The last two groups aren't, though,
but they contain just a simple Hit and Phrase Marker each. Clear the Spin
Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--I can't say much for this song. I don't find it very hard,
but then again, this is Breezin'. The only hard part would be the blue
color group at the start of the final section, but other than that this
should be a fairly simple S-Rank.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--128
Maximum Multiplier--234
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--There are a lot of overlapping Hit Markers within the Cruisin'
version of this song. Other then the abundence of those, the layout of the
beats looks pretty similar to Breezin', with several other differences
notable in the chorus.

1st Section--This section contains three groups that have two Hit Markers,
a short Phrase Marker, and then two overlapping Hit Markers. After that
there will be six Hit Markers matching the lyrics, just like in Breezin'.

2nd Section--This is the longest section in the song, but it is basically
the same half repeated twice. There are quite a lot of overlapping Hit
Markers, but if it isn't part of Y.M.C.A., then it is part of the
background music. Those are slightly harder to judge when to tap the second
time, but a little practice can improve your timing tactics. The second
half of the section is just a repeat of the first half, and then there will
be two Phrase Markers at the end.

3rd Section--This section has the exact same beat setup like the first
section (three groups with Hit Markers, a Phrase Marker, and two overlaps),
but they will be placed in far different sections of the screen. The final
group of six Hit Markers is a mirrored pattern of when they were in the
first section.

Final Section--The first few groups can be a bit tricky, especially the
blue color group. There were five beats in Breezin' that matched the
"dee"'s in this section, and the same five Hit Markers are back. But the
first four are split into two overlapping pairs. The timing is the same, so
don't lose focus by this change. After this you will just repeat the
majority of the second section. There are two Phrase Markers near the end,
and then a Spin Marker at the end of the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--You may find this hard at first, but with a little more
experience with the game you will be used to all of the overlapping beats.
That's really the only detrimental hazard to an S-Rank, and can be a great
source of 100's.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--176
Maximum Multiplier--290
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--I don't think this song is much harder on Sweatin'. The second
and third sections got a ton of Hit Markers added to them, but there isn't
a single overlapping pair of markers this time around, so your job is much
easier. Overall, not too bad.

1st Section--All this section has is three groups with the same style of
beats (several Hit Markers and a short Phrase Marker). After that will be a
long group of Hit Markers, and the final group has a rebounding Phrase
Marker with two Hit Markers afterwards. Not too bad.

2nd Section--The whole "Y.M.C.A." gets a bit tougher now. After the first
one you will have a short Phrase Marker and four beats all near eachother.
They match the background music, and it can be very tricky learning the
timing for them. It isn't hard after you learn it, though. After the second
repeat, you have this large group of beats:
   (1) (7)
  (2) (8)
 (3)(4)(5)(6)(12)(11)(10)(9)
This group will repeat itself several more times in the song (sometimes it
is reversed and the "1" appears where the "7" is and so on). The section
soon ends after the last repeat of this.

3rd Section--This is exactly the same as the first section. The only
difference is that the first two groups now line the sides of the screen,
and the third group goes right to left. Nothing special here.

Final Section--Most of this section is just an exact repeat of the second
section, except for the first two groups. It's only a total of eight Hit
Markers, and the second groups matches the "dee"'s of the music. The rest
of the second will, as I said, a repat of the second section. The last two
groups will be different, but they are just several Phrase Markers before
the Spin Marker at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--The large amount of beats in the second section, which is
repeated several times in the song, is realistically the only hard part of
the song. The rest of it is just some simple Hit and Phrase Markers,
nothing you haven't already encountered a bunch of times.

~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--176
Maximum Multiplier--290
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--Well, there's a decent amount of Phrase Markers, but most of them
are easily guessable, and the rest shouldn't require much memorization to
learn where they are (since some are in the chorus, and that's repeated
multiple times). Overall, nothing too challenging.

1st Section--Every group in this section has a Phrase Marker in it. The
first two groups have a Phrase Marker in the middle of it, and the third
group has one at the end. The last group starts with a Phrase Marker.
Pretty easy stuff.

2nd Section--There are a decent amount of Phrase Markers in this section.
The last half is just a mirrored repeat of the first half of this section.
There is a Phrase Marker in pretty much every group of this section, and
most of the time they occur at the end of the group. In the middle of the
section is a group that isn't repeated. It's a red color group with the
third beat being a Phrase Marker. The final two beats in the section are
also Phrase Marker. That large section that may have been hard in Sweatin'
isn't too hard--everything appears one-by-one.

3rd Section--This section is just a replica of the first section. The first
two groups will be aligned along the sides of the screen instead of the
middle. The Phrase Markers remain the same, so you shouldn't be troubled
by them.

Final Section--The first two groups aren't too hard (it's just a bunch of
Hit Markers). Afterwards you will repeat the second section all over again.
The final two groups are different, and merely contain several Hit Markers
and two consecutive Phrase Markers, all leading up to the Spin Marker
ending the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--There's nothing too special about this song. Several
playthroughs to learn where the Phrase Markers are is all you'll need to
perform well. Since the song repeats several areas many times, learning the
first half of the song is all you'll really need to earn the S-Rank.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--76
Maximum Multiplier--231
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--There's only a few more "simple" songs left when it comes to
Breezin', so there still isn't much that I can really tell you here. Just
some more Hit and Phrase Markers to be honest.

1st Section--This is a pretty short and eays section. You have several
groups, and each has a Hit Marker and a Phrase Marker. There's one seperate
Phrase Marker at the end of the section, too.

2nd Section--This is another easy section. There will be a ton of groups
that have two Hit Markers followed by a Phrase Marker. There will be five
Hit Markers in the midpoint of this that follow the horns in the music, not
the lyrics. Then there's just a bunch more of these similar groups. There
will be one large Phrase Marker at the end, though.

3rd Section--The first half of this section will repeat the first section
of the song. After that, the first half of the second section will play.
The same five beats that match the horns of the music signal the ending of
this section.

Final Section--You will repeat the last half of the second section here.
The middle of it has a Phrase Marker that wasn't in the second section, but
it isn't any trouble. At the end of the section there's the usual Spin
Marker, and the song is over.

S-Rank Difficulty--1/10
S-Rank Notes--It's easy. Very easy. It's just some Hit Markers, a Phrase
Marker, and then it repeats over and over again. Probably one of the
easiest Breezin' S-Ranks in my opinion. Nothing too hard about this.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--131
Maximum Multiplier--263
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--The song isn't much different than it is on Breezin'. It just
follows a similar beat pattern, but they throw in an extra Hit Marker every
now and then.

1st Section--This section generally has several groups, each having a
couple of Hit Markers followed by a Phrase Marker. The last group is the
only exception, having a Hit Marker after the Phrase Marker.

2nd Section--This is the longest section of the song, but it is still
pretty basic overall. Most of the groups contain two overlapping Hit
Markers, followed by several more and then a Phrase Marker, having three
final Hit Markers to end the group. This will break off near the end of the
section where you get several consecutive Hit Markers.

3rd Section--This first half of this section is just the last part of the
first section. Several of the Phrase Markers have shifted positions, and
are much smaller, so it should be slightly easier. The last half of this
section will repeat the first half of the second section, ending with a
rebounding Phrase Marker.

Final Section--The first half of this section will have a large amount of
overlapping beats. They match the music instead of the lyrics (as was the
case with the rest of the song). The last half of this song contains a
small Phrase Marker group followed by several more Hit Markers, and this
pattern repeats one last time. A Spin Marker concludes the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--This time around, all of the overlapping Hit Markers can be
hard in the beginning of the final section. The second section's length can
also be a pain, but it isn't too overly difficult.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--208
Maximum Multiplier--315
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--There are a ton of beats in this song now, and the last section
is pretty quick. You'll have to think fast for a good majority of this
song, but at least the majority of it is manageable.

1st Section--The first group is the only one that has overlapping beats in
this section. After that, there will generally several Hit Markers all in
quick succession leading to a Phrase Marker. This will repeat several times
until the final, long Phrase Marker with a single Hit Marker after it.

2nd Section--Get used to the first half of this section--it makes up the
entire final section. It is just a Phrase Marker, a Hit Marker, then a
large groups of consecutive Hit Markers leading to another Phrase Marker.
This group repeats itself several times. The last half of this section has
a bunch of beats alternating between Phrase and Hit Markers. There will be
a Spin Marker at the end.

3rd Section--In the first half of this section, there will be several
triple overlapping beats. It's nothing too hard to comprehend with the rest
of the song. After several Phrase Markers there will be a Spin Marker. In
the second half of the section, you simply repeat the first half of the
second section. However, the is triple overlap at the end that wasn't in
the second section.

Final Section--The first part of the section contains repeats of the same
three groups. It's two Phrase Markers followed by several groups of two or
three Hit Markers. You will then have a group comprised of all overlapping
Hit Markers before the first three groups repeat themselves. After that,
the overlap group finishes the song. There is no ending Spin Marker oddly.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--The final section can really throw people off due to the
large amount of beats that are in it compared to the rest of the song. All
the final section is is just repeating the same few groups. If you can do
it once, you can finish the rest of the section. There's nothing else real
noteworthy here.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--208
Maximum Multiplier--315
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--There's a decent amoutn of Phrase Markers and a ton of
overlapping beats, something that will mess you up if you aren't paying
close attention. The Elite-O-Meter may be dropping like a rock, but passing
this song isn't much harder than it was on Sweatin'.

1st Section--There is a Phrase Marker within every group of this section,
so be aware. There are a couple of overlapping Hit Markers in the first
group, but otherwise this section is quite calm. It ends with an easy group
that has a Phrase and a Hit Marker. Nothing too bad.

2nd Section--Here's where you can mess up quite quickly. It's a long
section, so try not to get too tired. The main groups of the section have
a Phrase Marker on the first and seventh beats. That's not too hard to
remember (these groups repeat in the final section as well). After a Phrase
Marker and a triple overlap, the second half of the section starts. It is
mostly just alternating between Hit and Phrase Markers. Some have several
Hit Markers inbetween. Nothing too major. There will be a Spin Marker at
the end of the section.

3rd Section--The first half of this song is slightly different. There are
a decent amount of triple overlapping Hit Markers. Several short Phrase
Markers are here, but they generally occur at the ends of groups and can
be guessed. After a Spin Marker in the middle of the section, you will then
repeat the first half of the second section. The ending is different, and
now has three overlapping Hit Markers instead of just a lone one.

Final Section--The first half of this section and the second half are
exactly the same. There will be three groups of ten beats each, the first
two both being Phrase Markers. There will then be a group consisting of
only overlapping Hit Markers. The second half of this section, as I stated,
just repeat the first half again beat for beat. There's no Spin Marker at
the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--Note how the final section is similar to the second section,
probably the hardest section in the whole song. Don't forget about all of
the overlapping Hit Markers within the song. Getting tripped up by those
can be very irritating, especially towards the end of the song.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--96
Maximum Multiplier--210
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--Blargh. Many people tend to have trouble on this song on Breezin'
for one reason--none of the beats make any sense! Honestly, you will find
Hard ROCK a breeze compared to this (in terms of going for an S-Rank, at
least). For just beating it? That's simple.

1st Section--This section is short, but you will quickly find out why these
beats make no sense. The only thing here is several groups of beats, with
a Phrase Marker at the beginning of each. The last groups Hit Markers, to
some extent, match the tone of voice change over the one word stressed at
the end of the section.

2nd Section--This section is also pretty short, but contains more beats.
They make more sense, however, this time matching the lyrics almost
perfectly. The Phrase Markers are quite slow, so nothing much here is hard,
luckily.

3rd Section--The first half of this section matches the music. You may need
some practice to survive this section. The second half is just a repeat of
the second section. It ends with four consecutive Hit Markers, however, so
don't expect to end easily.

Final Section--The first few groups of beats match the words of the song.
They can still be slightly tricky, and don't let the Phrase Markers throw
off your timing. After two long Phrase Markers with a couple of Hit Markers
between them, get past the Spin Marker to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--The entire song is just...ugh. I can't really detail one hard
spot because, for the most part, everything sucks here on Breezin'. It may
take a ton of runthroughs to finally S-Rank this. If you hate how the beats
sounds, then just focus on the Timer Circles.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--159
Maximum Multiplier--257
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--I must say that Cruisin' is far easier to understand than
Breezin' was, and that'll be good news for a lot of you. Sure, there are a
lot more beats, but at least they make sense so you can probably minimize
mistakes made.

1st Section--This section is pretty calm, and is just mostly Hit Markers
until near the end. You will face three overlapping Hit Markers near the
end of the section, and they can be tricky. They aren't supposed to be hit
very quickly, but rather in tune with the music (sounds like "do-dee-do",
each of those has a Hit Marker designated to it). Don't get too distracted
by them!

2nd Section--This section is also pretty calm for the first half, but the
second half has several overlapping Hit Markers. Note the distance between
the Timer Circles in each overlapping pair. Some of them are spaced out, so
you really need to listen to the music to get the feel for when to tap. The
rest are just quick taps, including the final three overlapping markers.

3rd Section--The first half of the section will follow the music very
carefully, and you will need to follow suit. Half of it is just some easy
Phrase Markers, and there are some overlapping Hit Markers along the way.
I can't describe it perfectly, but listening to the music carefully is the
best advice I can offer. The last half of this section repeats part of the
second section (the ending is just one long Phrase Marker instead of three
overlapping Hit Markers thankfully).

Final Section--The first half of this section follows the lyrics of the
song, and they are much easier to follow than beats to the music. When the
music severely changes, you'll know you are close to finishing the song.
The ending is just several Phrase and Hit Markers, all pretty easy (also in
tune with the lyrics). There's a Spin Marker at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--Now that most of the song actually makes some sense, you may
find it to be much easier than its Breezin' counterpart. Some overlapping
beats are tough, and the second section can be a real killer due to its
length when concerning it beat patterns. Overall, better than Breezin', but
it has its own share of troubles.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=NZ6dBLF7P9E

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--245
Maximum Multiplier--331
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--There are a ton of beats, everything really makes sense, but now
there's difficulty from that instead of everything not making sense. The
absurd amount of beats can be a complete torture to some players, and long
practice is the best solution to beating this song.

1st Section--Wow, this is far different. The first two groups alone should
show you what you are in for the rest of the song. These beats move fast,
and any Hit Markers next to eachother should be hit one right after
another. Don't wait unless there is a blatant gap between them. The third
group has very awkward timing. It matches the music, yet, it is really hard
to tell. There are several overlapping beats here, and there is still no
time to hesitate between tapping. The final groups hard a large amount of
Hit Markers near eachother at the end. Don't get confused--this is their
pattern:
   (4)
 (6) (5)
 (7) (8)
   (9)
(10) (11)

2nd Section--There isn't anything particuarly noteworthy in this section,
but remember that if any beats are close to the end of a Phrase Marker, be
sure to hit them right after at the Phrase Marker ends. That happens
several times here and it can cause some missed beats entirely if you don't
hurry. There's a ton of Hit Markers near the end of the section, so be sure
not to lose pacing, otherwise you will start getting 100 after 100, and
regaining the pace for 300's is very hard.

3rd Section--The first half of this section contains a ton of closeby Hit
Markers, and there are several overlapping markers hidden in there. They
make sense, yes, but you can miss them if you don't pay attention. Once you
reach the midpoint of the section, you will basically repeat the majority
of the second section. It'll be mirrored, but it otherwise is exactly the
same. The ending has a Spin Marker now.

Final Section--The first half of this section is quite hard. It overall
feels like the same few groups getting repeated over and over again, but
there are differences (despite the lyrics not changing at all for half of
this section). All of these groups match the lyrics of the song, some of
them matching the syllables of the words. In the second half of the
section, when the music takes a major change of tone, there will be several
straight Phrase Marker before one final group of Hit Markers. Be careful of
the last two pairs of overlapping Hit Markers. They match the words, but
the lyrics decide to speed up right at the end, so be aware. Pass the Spin
Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--The first seriously difficult S-Rank to obtain. The insane
amount of beats, and really quick beats all over the song, make this quite
hard to achieve. First you need to actually be able to hit every beat
without missing any. Once you can do that, note the first section is the
hardest, so work there. Once you can do that, focus on the second section.
The rest of the song is moderately easier than them.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=PzTxx0GN0wU

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--245
Maximum Multiplier--331
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--Hmm. Because of the way Hard ROCK works, it won't look like your
being swarmed by beats, despite the fact you really are. I guess that makes
things slightly calmer for you. Some of the Phrase Markers in the first
section that are very short can be a pain, but there's few of them and they
shouldn't cause much trouble once you learn them. It's about as tough as
on Sweatin'.

1st Section--For the first two groups, there will be a tiny Phrase Marker
on the last beat. Be cautious of that. Don't get tripped by the overlapping
beats either. Some can be hard to see. The third group, like in Sweatin',
has some awkward timing. It can be managed, but it is hard. The final group
has a ton fo Hit Markers arranged like so in an odd pattern:
 (11) (10)
    (9)
  (8) (7)
  (5) (6)
    (4)

2nd Section--The first two groups have several Phrase Markers, but their
shortness can probably be seen right before you need to hit them. Remember
these locations for the time being--this beat layout is repeated several
more times throughout the rest of the song. There is also another Phrase
Marker near the end of the section, but there's nothing hard here.

3rd Section--The first half of this section goes by very quickly, and there
are several overlapping beats you may miss if you aren't paying attention
to how quick the song is moving. There are several Phrase Markers here, but
it isn't anything major. As for the second half of the section, all you are
doing is repeating the majority of the second section. There will be a Spin
Marker at the end of the section.

Final Section--The first half of this section is pretty basic. There aren't
any extreme Phrase Markers (although some locations can be a bit tricky, so
keep paying attention). There are a bunch of overlapping Hit Markers in
each of these groups, so they can cause some problems. The second half of
this section is much easier. There will be five straight Phrase Markers,
followed by a few more Hit Markers. Be aware that in the last group there
are two pairs of overlapping beats were the lyrics speed up. Don't get
confused there! The Spin Marker will finish up the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--Some of these Phrase Markers can be a pain, but the speed of
the song is the real challenge to overcome. Some parts of the first and
third section can be slightly difficult, but Hard ROCK's quick timing can
make things slightly easier for you, which is nice. Overall, it's about as
hard as it was on Sweatin'.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--108
Maximum Multiplier--236
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--There's Phrase Markers. Lots of them. And some Hit Markers thrown
in here and there. Me, I just plain find the song annoying. At least it's
much easier than Canned Heat on Breezin'.

1st Section--This is the longest section in the song. It's Breezin', so
don't expect much else besides the usual "nothing here matches the song!"
fanfare. It still applies. Although, since half of this section is Phrase
Markers, that's half the effort you really need to put into it. I guess
that helps. Just watch the Timer Circles since very few of these beats
match the song. Watch out for the overlapping beats right at the end.

2nd Section--This section is very similar to the first section when it
concerns the lyrics, but the beat pattern is different. There is more focus
on the Hit Markers instead of Phrase Markers this time. There is also a
Spin Marker at the end, so expect that as well.

3rd Section--The first part of this section is a repeat of the beginning of
the second section. The last half of this section is sort of a crossover
between the last half of the first and second sections (It's the "Material
Girl" chorus bit). They sort of blended the Hit and Phrase Markers
together. Luckily it isn't a big mess here, so it shouldn't be a large
problem.

Final Section--There's a few Hit and Phrase Markers here, and one set of
overlapping beats. There is a Spin Marker at the end of the song, and
that's it!

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--Hmm. Again, not too sure what to say for this one. Most of
this song is absurdly easy, and you might even S-Rank it on your first try.
Some of the overlapping beats may be slightly hard, but nothing else can
really be considered hard.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--184
Maximum Multiplier--304
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--The song is a bit harder this time around, but despite a ton of
overlapping beats, most of it is still Phrase Markers. Nothing else to
really say here. Most of the song actually makes sense.

1st Section--Every group in the first half of this song has overlapping Hit
Markers. If you need practice on them, this sure as hell is the song to do
it on. Most of the first half is also flat out Hit Markers. There are a few
Phrase Markers here and there, but nothing major. The last half of the
section (which is repeated in the following section, just with slightly
altered beats) also has mostly overlapping markers. The Phrase Markers are
short, so don't lift the stylus early.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is insane. It sounds exactly
like the beginning of the first section, but now instead of spread out
beats, almost all of them are overlapping! The biggest troubles can from
from the stack of six overlapping Hit Markers (the most in the entire
game). These beats are tough, so replay the first section to learn how they
work (the timing remains the same, but the overlaps can throw you off).
After that is just a repeat of the last half of the first section. There's
a Spin Marker at the end, however.

3rd Section--Hmm. This song is just repeating itself over and over again,
huh? The first half changes its beat pattern yet again. There are more
Phrase Markers, and almost everything else is overlapping beats. The second
half of this section should look familiar, and by now you should be able to
do it easily if you've got it down.

Final Section--There's only a few beats within this section, and a couple
of Phrase Markers. Luckily, only one pair of overlapping beats is here, and
it's pretty close to the Spin Marker at the end. Not too bad.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--The second section can be absolute torture due to the long
pause in the overlapping Hit Markers. Keep playing the first section to
learn the timing if necessary, then apply the same timing to the second
section.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--252
Maximum Multiplier--320
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--Yeah, there's a ton of beats in this song now. There's also a ton
of overlapping beats now, so you'll probably have trouble on them on your
first try through this song. It can be pretty hard.

1st Section--Most of the first half of this section is just regular Hit
Markers, with a few Phrase Markers thrown in here and there. When you reach
a pattern like this in a green color group:
  (5)
(4) (6)
You will need to hit them in quick succession, despite what the pattern may
make you think. Once you hit the midpoint of the song, get used to the
fact that there are a ton of overlapping beats. This chorus is repeated in
every section, and these overlaps can really get annoying unless you master
them now.

2nd Section--This section is basically just a mirrored version of the first
section. There are several different Hit Marker locations towards the
middle of the first half, but it isn't anything major. Some timing can be
slightly difficult. The second half is just a repeat of the second half of
the first section. The ending is now a Spin Marker instead of some more
overlapping beats.

3rd Section--This section is pretty calm, containing more overlapping beats
and regular Hit Markers. There will be two short Phrase Markers in the
middle of the section with several rebounds each. Right after this there
will be five overlapping Hit Markers. They can be trciky. The rest of the
chorus is the same as always, so don't expect anything special.

Final Section--This is a very short section, ending with a Spin Marker. Be
careful on the last few Hit Markers. In the blue group, markers 6 and 7 are
overlapping, and there's a brief pause between them. It can be tricky at
first, so try not to be tripped up.

S-Rank Difficulty--7/10
S-Rank Notes--The insane amount of overlapping Hit Markers in the chorus
can absolutely destroy you in this song. You may need to work on this song
for a long time to get the timing down well, so be sure to take care of
that.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--252
Maximum Multiplier--320
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--The hard part about this is the overlapping Hit Markers. There
aren't many Phrase Markers, so that isn't the concern. Since the markers
are so small, a slight shift in position can cause you to miss overlapping
markers. You may be stuck on this song for a while.

1st Section--The first half of this section contains mostly Hit Markers,
several of them overlapping with a pause between the beats. There are
several Phrase Markers, but they aren't too hard to see ahead of time. Once
you start the chorus, almost everything is an overlapping beat, and most
groups have a Phrase Marker stuck into them. Memorize their locations--this
chorus is repeated almost exactly beat by beat over the course of the song.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is just a mirrored version of
the first half of the first section. There are a few changes, such as some
groups of beats taken out, but that just makes it slightly easier. The
second half repeats the chorus (also mirrored), but there will be a Spin
Marker after the red color group.

3rd Section--The first half of this section resembles the first halves of
the previous sections, but it is quite short. Also, there are two Phrase
Markers right next to eachother that rebound several times. You may mess
up by not realizing that if you don't pay close attention. There is a group
of five overlapping Hit Markers right after that. That too is a huge
trouble spot. The rest of this section just finishes up the chorus, and you
have already donw that several times.

Final Section--There are several Phrase Markers here in this short section,
and a couple of overlapping beats. Nothing hard here. It all ends with a
Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--The first three sections, obviously, are the only difficult
parts of this song. The chorus is a real killer. With all of the
overlapping markers, one slight mis-hit can throw off your timing,
resulting in many unwanted 100's. This can be devistating if you do it too
much, and a little luck, as well as practice, it the best way to fix this.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--109
Maximum Multiplier--301
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--Some of these beats can be annoying, especially any of the red
colored ones. Thanks to the pink background, the red Timer Circles can be
a pain to see. You'll have to rely on the song in these cases, which really
sucks since this is Breezin'.

1st Section--There are some easy beats here. All of the Hit Markers match
the lyrics of the song, and the Phrase Markers are still pretty easy.
Nothing much here.

2nd Section--There's a few Phrase Markers here, but that's not a concern.
Some of these Hit Markers (including the overlapping ones at the start of
the section) have some tricky timing. Some of them match every other word
in a particular sentence of the song. That too can be frustrating. Watch
the Timer Circles to learn when those instances occur.

3rd Section--The first half of this section will just be a repeat of the
first section. As for the latter half, you will be repeating the second
section. The middle of this area has several different Hit Marker groups,
but they still match the lyrics.

4th Section--Most of this section is just Phrase Markers. Inbetween each
one is a set of of Hit Markers, still matching the lyrics. There will be
two consecutive Phrase Markers at the end.

Final Section--The first half of this section roughly repeats the first
half of the second section. The last half of this section will just be a
bunch of Phrase Markers. It's extremely simple. There will be a Spin Marker
at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--Well, most beats make sense. Most of the song is also just a
ton of Phrase Markers, and that makes your work a lot easier. The two pairs
of overlapping Hit Markers in the song may be difficult, but nothing else
that can't be fixed with practice.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--184
Maximum Multiplier--318
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--This isn't much harder than when it was on Breezin'. It all still
makes sense, but here are fewer Phrase Markers in comparison to Hit
Markers. Don't expect it to be as easy.

1st Section--I personally think that the Hit Markers in this section make
less sense than in Breezin'. That's weird. There are some easy Phrase
Markers here as well, but it's the Hit Markers that are difficult. Oh well.

2nd Section--This whole section can be pretty tough. In most areas, if you
are ever slightly off beat, you are likely to get all 100's or 50's. The
main things are the strings of consecutive Hit Markers, and the groups with
two sets of three overlapping markers. Their timing is understandable, but
slightly messing up can hurt you.

3rd Section--The first half of this song is merely a repeat of the first
section, while the last half is a repeat of the second section. There is
an interim between these halves and you'll need to pay attention to the
lyrics as the markers still match them.

Fourth Section--This is a pretty easy section, mainly split between Hit
and Phrase Markers. Some of the Hit Markers are tricky (mainly the ones
close together), but close attention to the song can fix those mistakes.

Final Section--This section is essentially the first half of the second
section repeated twice. Towards the last half of the section you will
discover that many of the beat layouts have been changed around. Pay
attention to the markers close together. They can be tough to hit correctly
if you hesitate. There's a Spin Marker at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--The second section, which keeps repeating itself over the
course of the song, is the trickiest section of the song. The mass
consecutive and overlapping beats can be annoying, but by this point in the
game you should be used to them. A few tries and you should have an S-Rank.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--244
Maximum Multiplier--366
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--There are a ton of Hit Markers now, and almost all of them are
placed near eachother. This can make things pretty difficult. The second
section especially is complete torture. Not to mention that section gets
repeated over and over again. Ugh.

1st Section--This section is pretty simple. Although there are a bunch of
Hit Markers all close together before a Phrase Marker, they match the tune
of the song rather well. Be sure to hit each group at the same pace,
otherwise you can mess up (and many 100's won't refill the Elite-O-Meter
at all).

2nd Section--Well, it isn't as bad as I made it out to be. It's just the
fact it gets repeated often that makes it annoying. There aren't many
Phrase Markers here, just flat up Hit Markers. Most of them occur in large
groups. As usual, don't mess up your timing. Be sure to note the brief
pauses. Don't tap too quickly on the overlapping markers either.

3rd Section--The first half of this section will repeat the first section.
As for the second half, it merely repeats the second section. The beat
locations have been changed entirely for both areas, though. You should be
experienced enough so that doesn't effect you at all.

4th Section--This section has mostly Phrase Markers, with several Hit
Markers between them. Everything here matches the lyrics (if it doesn't
appear to be so, it's because sometimes the beats match the syllables
spoken). There is also a Spin Marker at the end.

Final Section--Most of this section will be a repeat of the second section,
except some areas of it will appear mirrored. That too shouldn't prove to
be nuch of a problem. Around the last half of the song there will be many
Phrase Markers, most having only one Hit Marker between them. Don't lose
focus here. Letting go of the stylus too early can hurt you. Like most
songs, there's the Spin Marker at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--There's nothing extreme about this song now. Sure, there are
many beats strung close together in the second section and the parts that
repeat it, but get used to it. Many songs in Sweatin' from here on are
going to be doing that.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=B0LuoIVIlf4

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--244
Maximum Multiplier--366
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--There's nothing new here when it comes to Hard ROCK. There are
some Phrase Markers of course, but it isn't anything you shouldn't already
remember from Sweatin'. Since there are some complicated beat patterns,
them appearing almost one at a time really helps here.

1st Section--If you're fine with the pacing of the song, then the rest of
it should feel easy. Also note that long period of time between beats
midway through the section. These times of rest take a fourth out of the
Elite-O-Meter, so be sure to miss little during the song. You can fail
entirely even when there's no beats. Really stupid, honestly.

2nd Section--There are a ton of Hit Markers here, and a lot of them are
bunched up in groups. Since they generally appear one by one, you shouldn't
have much trouble hitting them all in numerical order. Be careful of the
overlapping markers near the end of the section.

3rd Section--The first half of this section will be a complete repeat of
the first section, but the markers are aligned in different positions. The
second half of the section is a repeat of the second section. There is an
interim between these repetitions, and here are two Phrase Markers during
it. Be careful. It only lasts a few seconds, however.

4th Section--Every group in this section has at least one Phrase Marker,
and there are only a few, if any, Hit Markers inbetween each of them. All
of them follow the syllables of the lyrics, so watch out for that. There is
a Spin Marker at the end of the section.

Final Section--This section repeats the second section twice. The second
repetition, lyrics wise, is the same. However, the beat pattern is
drastically different. There is generally a few, or just one, Hit Marker
inbetween Phrase Markers. This repeats again up to the final two Phrase
Markers. The song ends with the Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--The Phrase Markers are few in this song, and those aren't
hard to memorize. There are several areas in the song with a large amount
of beats, but if you can get a full combo on this song you should be very
capable of an S-Rank. Practice the second section due to the repitition of
it over the song. If you can get through that easily with mostly 300's, the
rest of the song should follow.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--157
Maximum Multiplier--271
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--This is the point where Breezin' starts getting difficult. Some
players might actually fail the song entirely on their first try, which may
come as a shock. This song, despite making complete sense once you play it
several times, is difficult at first.

1st Section--Although I can't think of a word to describe what it is, this
section matches some odd sound effect in the music. You'll understand it
once you start playing. This section is simple, but the fact the beats are
moving faster makes the song a bit more difficult. It may take you several
tries to realize this.

2nd Section--This section will follow the lyrics quite carefully. The
Phrase Markers don't make much sense, but at least the Hit Markers do. Be
careful of the overlapping markers midway through. The second one matches
the music rather than the lyrics.

3rd Section--This is the longest section in the song. The first half of
this section's beats follow the same sound effects as the first section
did. That's probably the hardest part of the section. As for the second
half, it mostly repeats the second section. It'll last slightly longer,
however, due to a longer Phrase Marker ending.

Final Section--You will be given several Hit Markers, still matching the
lyrics of the song, and then a star-shaped Phrase Marker. The song ends
when you finish it.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--Finishing this song for the first time is probably harder
than getting an S-Rank here. Some of the overlapping beats are difficult to
understand, but the rest of the song makes some sense. The Phrase Markers
don't, but those are hard to mess up anyway.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--178
Maximum Multiplier--299
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Slow
Overview--There's more focus on Hit Markers this time. Although there are
still a decent amount of Phrase Markers, note how most have only one, if
any, pellets in them. Either way, this song isn't so hard as long as you
played it on Breezin'.

1st Section--Oddly enough, I don't like most of these Hit Markers. They
made a lot more sense in Breezin'. If you're having trouble with the timing
then you will need to resort to looking at the Timer Circles. I don't know
why it is difficult to figure out, but if you don't have trouble then more
power to you.

2nd Section--This section makes more sense since the beats match the lyrics
and not some silly sound effect. The overlapping beats here can be tricky
because they match the lyrics, as well as some of the background music. Pay
close attention to them. Don't try tapping the three overlapping Hit
Markers too fast, or you may miss one of them by hitting it early.

3rd Section--In the first half of this long section, you will repeat the
majority of the first section. The alignment of the beats is slightly
different here, so don't get tripped up. The second section will get
repeated shortly after the first half ends. The area inbetween them has a
bunch of overlapping Hit Markers, so don't falter. They match the lyrics
(and the second section still does as well), so you should have an easier
time at it.

Final Section--There are three sets of overlapping beats here. The first
two are triple, and they are the same as the last times you've seen them.
The last one has only two, but there is a full second gap between each one.
Pay attention to the song. Finally, there will be the star-shaped Phrase
Marker. It moves very quickly, and rebounds as well. This will end the
song.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--It's about as hard as it was on Breezin'. Some of the
overlapping beats can be tricky to understand, but that's the only
difficult part of the song. Also make sure not to mess up on the final
Phrase Marker. It moves fast, so keep up with it.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--227
Maximum Multiplier--327
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--There are a ton of beats in this song now, but everything makes
a lot more sense, and that should make you feel better about the song.
There's plenty of overlapping markers and short Phrase Markers, so be at
the ready.

1st Section--Most of this is pretty simple to understand. Be sure to hit
the Hit Markers right after the Phrase Marker before it ends. That's a
simple thing to mess up on this section. Also, you'll need to do that the
other way around, too. Some Phrase Markers are pretty short, but leave you
little time to begin them. Don't wait too long or you'll miss it entirely.

2nd Section--Just be careful of the overlapping beats in this area. The
Phrase Markers follow the song, and most of the Hit Markers follow the
syllables in the lyrics. Don't get thrown off by that. Don't be tripped up
by the lone triple Hit Marker stack midway through the section.

3rd Section--The first half of this section is a mirrored version of the
first section. If you could pass it once, then it shouldn't be much harder
for you the second time. Then the second section gets repeated again. There
is a small area inbetween the repeated sections that is different. There
is a little of everything here--some Phrase and overlapping Hit Markers.
After that it shifts to the second section. All of this matches the lyrics.

Final Section--It was harder on other difficulties. There's the long star-
shaped Phrase Marker, and then a Spin Marker to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--There isn't really any specific trouble spots in this song,
mainly because any area of the song can be hard for somebody. At least
everything makes sense, but I'd say the third section can be hard if only
for how long it goes on for.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--227
Maximum Multiplier--327
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--You'll really need to learn where the Phrase Markers are for
this song in order to have a shot at it. Most of the Hit Markers have
simple timing now, so that should make it about as hard as it was on
Sweatin'.

1st Section--Almost every group here has a Phrase Marker in it. The
overlapping markers can be a bit tricky if you aren't paying attention,
but otherwise the only hard part is the last two groups. Both Phrase
Markers here appear right after a certain Hit Marker, and you have little
time to react. Remember their locations if you must--missing a Phrase
Marker will seriously hurt you.

2nd Section--This section has the beats follow the lyrics, so it should be
a bit easier and guessable. There is a triple overlapping beat in the
middle of this section, so don't skip over it thinking it was a double.
That's an easy mistake. There's a long Phrase Marker at the end of the
section.

3rd Section--The first half of this section is just a mirrored version of
the first section. There are several differences, such as two tiny Phrase
Markers added, but nothing major. There's a short part after that leads to
the second section repeat. This mostly contains overlapping markers
(everything from here on matches the lyrics). There's some short Phrase
Markers here too. Then the second section is repeated, also with minor
differences.

Final Section--You've got a long star-shaped Phrase Marker (the one and
only things that WASN'T mirrored from Sweatin' to Hard ROCK), and then the
final Spin Marker to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--7/10
S-Rank Notes--The large amount of Phrase Markers can make this song a bit
difficult, but you should be able to manage it with several runthroughs.
It's really about the same as Sweatin', and not many sections of the song
should give you much grief.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--108
Maximum Multiplier--168
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--Ugh. A lot of these markers don't make much sense, and you'll
easily understand what I mean once you play through. There should have been
several more beats just to even out how odd the song plays.

1st Section--A lot of these beats are spread out at even rates, which is
quite nice. The tricky parts are the overlapping beats. Their timing, for
whatever reason, feels very weird. There's not much to say for this
section.

2nd Section--The first half of this section doesn't make any bit of sense
when concerning where the beats are. They don't follow the lyrics, and I
don't know how they follow the music, so watch out. The second half does
follow the lyrics, however, and that part is much easier.

3rd Section--The section works this way:it focuses on the lyrics, and then
on the music. The beat pattern repeats this twice. Neither is particuarly
difficult, but the music sections can throw you off.

Final Section--Most of this section follows the lyrics, except for the
ending. The beats switch over to the music, but you should be able to
figure it out by this point. Once you finish that, there will be a Spin
Marker to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--It would help if most of these beats were easy to figure out,
but so is not the case. The first half of the song is the hardest to learn,
but the rest is moderately easy once you do.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--140
Maximum Multiplier--248
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--The additional beats makes the song appear to make more sense
now, so you should hopefully have less trouble then in Breezin'. It feels
slightly sped up, but nothing you can't handle.

1st Section--Most of the markers here are either close together, or are
overlapping eachother. The triple overlapping markers make a clapping
sound when hit, so use that to determine better their timing.

2nd Section--All of the Hit Markers in this section match the lyrics. The
Phrase Markers, more or less, match the music. Most Phrase Markers have
overlapping beats come right after them, so pay attention to that. Note in
the last section that all of the Hit Markers are spread out evenly. Don't
hit them too fast.

3rd Section--If you're going to fail anywhere in this song, it is likely in
this section. There are two places in it that have a huge mess of Hit
Markers, and the point values and Timer Circles easily cover up the numbers
on them. Follow this guides if you can't hit all of them:
  (2) (9)
(1) (3) (14) (10) (8)
  (4) (6)  --> (13) (11)
    (5) (7) (12)

It repeats this pattern twice. The second time there is no 14th marker.

Final Section--This section repeats the second section. The only difference
here is that several overlapping Hit Markers have been added, and there is
a Spin Marker at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--The third section can really kill you. It's hard enough to
full combo through it, but it's even harder to get through it without
slightly adjusting your timing (therefore resulting in mass 100's). It's
the only danger zone of the song. Past that, everything else is a breeze.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=qZU5h-t8UuI

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--219
Maximum Multiplier--290
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--This song has a lot of killer areas, especially if it's your
first try. The beginning alone is difficult, and the second and third
sections also have very tricky beat layouts.

1st Section--The first group here gets repeated several times over the
song, so get used to it. It's two markers, then and overlapping pair, a
single one, then another overlapping pair, then two more seperated. That
sounds confusing, but you will easily miss one on your first try of the
song. Or all of them, possibly. There isn't an hesitation between the third
and last Hit Marker, so don't pause. The rest of this section is simple
compared to that (and it gets repeated again in this section!).

2nd Section--Wow. This section is much longer now in Sweatin' (well, it
feels that way at least), and there's tons of Phrase Markers. The first
half of this section is pretty simple. Just follow the lyrics and you can
get the timing down pretty easily. Near the end of the section will be a
long string of Hit Markers. The first two are part of the same color group,
and go one by one up each side of the screen. The second group is difficult
to see due to the overlapping Timer Circles:
               (14)(15)
             (12)(13)
        (9)(10)(11)
      (8) (6) (3)
        (7) (4) (1)
          (5) (2)
To top it all off, there's a Spin Marker after this!

3rd Section--The first part of this section will look similar to the first
section, but then they throw a ton of beats at you that are in another
crazy pattern:
     (9) (11)
  (8) (10) (12)
    (6)
  (7) (5)
    (4) (2)
      (3) (1)
This exact pattern will get repeated again once the group from the
beginning of the song repeats. However, a 13th marker was added on at the
end.

Final Section--This is, for the most part, another repeat of the second
section. The only difference is that the patterns have been mirrored a bit,
and there are several more overlapping Hit Markers than when it was in the
second section. At the end of the section you will need to clear a Spin
Marker to finish the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--A lot of areas of the song, such as the ones I diagrammed,
are huge trouble spots. The beginning group is repeated several times in
the song, and you will need to learn it now. It is difficult at first, but
once you can clear it easily you shouldn't have any trouble with it. It
may take a while to obtain an S-Rank on this song.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=upDvZpoPDcQ

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--219
Maximum Multiplier--290
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Ludicris Speed
Overview--Reacting quickly to the Phrase Markers in the song can be a huge
pain. Missing anything can spell disaster due to insane speed that the
Elite-O-Meter drops at. Be sure to get plenty of 300's.

1st Section--There's only two Phrase Markers here, but don't get used to
such a low amount. The beginning group is easier to understand now due to
the beats appearing practically one at a time. Not to mention you had to
clear the song on Sweatin' to get to this point, so you should at least
remember how to clear the intro.

2nd Section--There are a lot of Phrase Markers in the first half of this
section, but they are in very similar patterns, or even a bunch in
consecutive order. Just past them are a bunch of overlapping Hit Markers,
and there will be a long string of Hit Markers. The first group is pretty
easy to figure out due to the Hit Markers moving all in a line. The second
group is more difficult:
   (2) (5)
 (1) (4) (7)
   (3) (6) (8)
 (11)(10)(9)
 (13)(12)
 (15)(14)
There's a Spin Marker right after this.

3rd Section--The first area of this section is pretty simple. The third
group can be a bit tricky if you aren't paying attention, though:
     (1) (3)
       (2) (4)
         (5) (7)
           (6)
    (12) (10)(8)
       (11)(9)
After this tricky group, a rough outline of the first section will repeat
itself. Don't mess up on any of the following Phrase Markers! Most of them
are long, so when you see no Hit Markers appear ahead, expect a Phrase
Marker.

Final Section--This section is a complete repeat of the second section, but
it is mirrored (so it's basically the same as Sweatin's second section).
The last part of the section repeats the ending of the third section,
including that tricky group (but adding a 13th marker), before ending the
song with a Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--It's as hard as it was on Sweatin'. The tricky sections are
not as hard here due to the markers appearing one by one on Hard ROCK.
That's no excuse to slack off, however. Keep your tapping consistant on the
long strings of Hit Markers and you should avoid getting too many 100's.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--176
Maximum Multiplier--319
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--Everything in this song makes...sense? Yes! Finally a Breezin'
song nobody can question! Haha! It's a bit faster paced than any of the
other songs you have played so far, so be ready for that.

1st Section--This section should show you how fast the song is going to be
playing. Everything here matches the lyrics (the majority of the song does,
by the way), so the Hit Marker timing should be fairly simple to determine.
Don't slip up on the rebounding Phrase Markers.

2nd Section--This is another short section, and several Hit Markers that
match the lyrics can be tricky because the words sometimes are placed close
to eachother. This only happens a few times, so there shouldn't be too many
problems.

3rd Section--The first half of this song has a lot of close together beats.
Be sure to take a very short pause between them. There is a pause, yes, but
it isn't long at all. As for the second half of this long section, the only
problem that could arise is from the overlapping markers right at the end
of the section.

Final Section--This section continues to follow the lyrics, and it isn't
too bad. Some of the Hit Markers are close together, but you should know
the timing of that by now. There's a Spin Marker at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--3/10
S-Rank Notes--The fast paced nature of the song may throw you off, but a
runthrough or two and you'll be used to that. The second section may be
slightly tricky, but nothing in this song is particuarly hard on Breezin'.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--226
Maximum Multiplier--372
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--Cruisin' has a lot more beats than Breezin', but you shouldn't
have much harder of a time following them. The song seems to move even
faster now, and any hesitation between beats can cause you to miss them in
the end.

1st Section--This section is still pretty simple. The entire song still
follows the lyrics, after all. The only hard spots would be the overlapping
Hit Markers. They aren't really tough to be honest, but if whatever score
you get on the first one you'll likely get on the second as well. Don't
change tapping speed. Also, near the end is a group when the last Hit
Marker has a longer pause before you need to hit it. Pay attention.

2nd Section--This short section can really trip you up midway through.
There is a blue color group when the first four beats make a square shape.
The timing for them is quite awkward. Although you think it should match
the song, it actually doesn't. It goes more for the background music. If
you go through the song several times, perhaps you'll understand what I
mean (and even then, that group is hard not to mess up on at least one of
those beats).

3rd Section--The first half of this song is a mirrored version of the
second section. The major difference would be an increase in overlapping
markers, and there is a triple overlapping marker in the middle. The second
half of the song isn't too hard, but there are a lot of overlapping beats
that you will need to take care of.

Final Section--Most of these beats are on tune with the lyrics, but towards
the end it sways slightly towards the music. The overlapping beats with a
pause between each tap can be tricky if you aren't listening carefully.
Complete the Spin Marker to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--There's plenty of overlapping markers, but that's nothing
new here. Overall, it isn't too hard of a song. After a while, it shouldn't
feel fast paced at all, either. Not too hard of an S-Rank, but may take you
several tries nonetheless.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--258
Maximum Multiplier--408
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--There's not too many additional beats from when you played this
song on Cruisin'. It can be a bit tricky at first due to how many markers
are in each group, as well as how changed the Phrase Markers became, but
you can handle it.

1st Section--As always, the markers match up with the lyrics for the entire
duration of the song. Now, Sweatin' makes it a bit tricky. Each group will
generally have several Hit Markers near eachother, then at least one placed
a short distance from them. There's a small pause between when you need to
tap it. The two short Phrase Markers here move quickly, and have many
rebounds. These Phrase Markers are seen several other times during the
song, so expect them.

2nd Section--The third group of this section can be troublesome due to some
awkward timing. The first four beats form a square shaped pattern, and that
should make it sound easy. The timing feels slightly off from the song for
whatever reason. The section ends soon after that. The only other trouble
spots are the areas with a bunch of markers close together. At least those
match the lyrics.

3rd Section--The first half of this section will look similar to a mirrored
second section. There are some added Hit Markers in the middle of it, as
well as two triple overlapping pieces during the section. Don't try to play
it all on second section memory, or you will mess up. The second half of
the section is a bit different. It's pretty short, and has a decent amount
of overlapping beats. Just follow the lyrics to succeed.

Final Section--There's a lot of Phrase Markers in this section, but there
are also a lot of close together Hit Markers. They can be a bit tricky to
all hit correctly, and most of them come right after the Phrase Markers.
The ones that are close together tend to follow the syllables of the
lyrics, so use that as a guide. The last group has eight Hit Markers
forming a figure-8. They are all placed evenly apart from eachother, so
ignore the lyrics for them. They follow the music. Finally, there's the
Spin Marker. This one is different than in any other song. On Sweatin' and
Hard ROCK, people have trouble trying to clear it. Looking back, I'm unable
to earn any bonus points on it (I can still clear it, though). It probably
is the hardest part of the song. Spin like crazy!

S-Rank Difficulty--7/10
S-Rank Notes--Some parts of this song can be really difficult. Look out for
Hit Markers evenly spaced from one another, and especially the Spin Marker
at the end of the song. That destroys people. If you can't complete it, you
can't get an S-Rank anyway. Practice spinning if needed. You will want it.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--258
Maximum Multiplier--408
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--There's a decent amount of Phrase Markers in this song, yes, but
what can be troubling is how fast the Hit Markers change position on the
screen. One second your tapping on the top half, next your tapping the
bottom right corner. You'll need to stay alert through the song.

1st Section--This is the easiest section of the song, so get used to the
speed. Early in the song the groups of beats change from the top half to
the bottom half quickly, so remember that. Don't let go of the stylus on
Phrase Marker--the really short ones will kill the Elite-O-Meter if you
miss them.

2nd Section--This section has several groups of beats pretty close to
eachother, and it also has that stupid box-pattern of Hit Markers. All of
them can be pretty tricky, but keep your tapping quick and consistant with
the words. As for the box-shape, follow the Timer Circles as best as
possible. You'll likely get several 100's or 50's in that area due to the
tricky pattern.

3rd Section--The first half of this section blends a new area of the song
in with the second section. The area has some overlapping Hit Markers, but
everything still matches the words fine. There aren't many Phrase Markers,
either. The second section has mirrored positions here, but you probably
won't get thrown off. When that ends, you'll have the short last half of
the section to go. Every group has at least one pair of overlapping beats,
and there's a Phrase Marker at the end of every one (except for the last
group where it's second to last).

Final Section--This section has a ton of Phrase Markers, as well as large
groups of close together Hit Markers (which generally come right after the
Phrase Markers). Don't hesitate inbetween these close ones, or you may
miss one entirely. The last few groups of the song have evenly spaced Hit
Markers, and you'll need to ignore the lyrics from there. The Spin Marker,
as it was with Sweatin', is insanely difficult to complete. Don't expect to
earn any bonus points with it. Just try to at least clear the damn thing.

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--Some Hit Markers can be tricky, and it's generally the third
section that trips people up due to its length. The ending Spin Markers, as
you may know, can destroy any chance at an S-Rank if you can't even
complete it. I don't really have advice on spinning that thing, but you'll
need to move your hand as fast as possible.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--103
Maximum Multiplier--269
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--I hate all of the beat placements in Breezin', but that's only
because I love playing it on Hard ROCK. For the new player, this song will
probably kill you many times due to how fats it goes. It'll take some time,
but you'll eventually pass it.

1st Section--All of the beats in this section match the lyrics, but there
is a slight problem. You will need to hit all of the Hit Markers just a bit
earlier than you think you would in order to get 300's on them. I'm not
sure why this is, but that's how I see it work. The Phrase Markers are sped
up a bit, so don't rush it.

2nd Section--The "hitting the markers early" thing applies for the whole
song, especially here. See, those overlapping markers in this section have
nothing at all to do with the song or lyrics. Tap both a tad early to get
300's. There's two areas of the song with a bunch of close together beats,
so be sure to tap with a good speed.

Final Section--Well, it's the shortest song in the game (although the
actual song in reality is over twice as long). The first half of this
section has a few Phrase Markers, and several other beats matching the
quick lyrics of the song. There's a Spin Marker midway through it, and then
you will repeat the second section (overlapping markers and all, too).
There is another Spin Marker at the end.

S-Rank Difficulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--It's only hard because it makes no damn sense! By the time
you start going for S-Ranks (and for most people, that's after beating
every song at least once), you'll realize this is a pain to deal with from
something as difficult as Hard ROCK. Few of these make sense, and the song
feels really slow. It's all trouble.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--130
Maximum Multiplier--300
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--Well, I must say the beat pattern makes a hell of a lot more
sense here. You should find it moderately easier than on Breezin', and
that's saying something.

1st Section--All of the Hit Markers, save for two of them, match the lyrics
to the song. The Phrase Markers still aren't hard, and matching the lyrics
to the beats is pretty easy. The two that don't match are, naturally,
overlapping beats midway through the section. The go more in hand with the
guitar playing in the background.

2nd Section--This section has two halves. The second half is exactly the
same as the first half, but it's mirrored. All of the Hit Markers match the
lyrics as usual, and the Phrase Markers match the stressed lyrics. There
are a couple areas where the markers are spread out, but you'll need to hit
them all quite quickly. Pay attention to the song during those areas.

Final Section--The first half of this section is a bit tricky. There are a
bunch of consecutive Hit Markers, so you'll need to tap quite quickly.
There will be a Spin Marker right after this area, too. Then you will have
another repeat of the second section. In two spots one of the Hit Markers
has become a very short Phrase Marker. If you let go too early, you'll get
a 100. Be careful (there's another Hit Marker RIGHT after it. Don't
hesitate).

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--The tricky areas in the third section can net several
unwanted 100's. Notably are the short Phrase Markers which may prompt you
to lift off the screen just a small fraction of a second early. Other than
that, a decent amount of practice may be needed to S-Rank this song.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--155
Maximum Multiplier--314
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--Sweatin' holds a lot more beats (well, considering how short the
song is...). The second and third sections can destroy you thanks to a ton
of short Phrase Markers. Don't lose sight! It's not that bad!

1st Section--As before, all of the Hit Markers match the lyrics of the
song. However, two parts now suffer like they did in Cruisin'. These don't
match the lyrics. In two areas there will be a double and triple
overlapping beat, one right after another. They make a clapping sound when
tapped, so imgine that in your head. It isn't hard once you learn the
timing, though. Just two and three quick taps.

2nd Section--This section is split into two halves, and the second looks
like a mirrored version of the first half. It's also quite hard. There are
a ton of short Phrase Markers that move very quickly. Then, there is almost
always a Hit Marker right after it. As soon as the Phrase Marker ends, do
not hesitate to hit the next beat. Just tap it and it's usually going to
result in a 300. Don't be taken aback by how fast this section moves, or
you will quickly fail.

Final Section--The first half of this section has a bunch of consecutive
beats, so you'll need to tap them with a unchanging rate. In the middle of
the section there will be a Spin Marker, and then you will repeat the
second section entirely. Hopefully you didn't find it too hard the first
time. Afterwards there will be a Spin Marker to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--7/10
S-Rank Notes--Since it's a short song, you can get plenty of retries
without taking up too much of your time. The second section is what you
will want to practice the most since it's repeated again in the final
section. Keep trying--it's not as hard as you think.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--155
Maximum Multiplier--314
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--It is about as hard as it was on Sweatin', and that may make you
happy or angry in discontent. Thanks to the way Hard ROCK works, the song
seems to move even faster now. Good luck, though.

1st Section--There aren't many Phrase Markers in this section, and for
those that are here, most of them are guessable due to them all being on
stressed lyrics. The double and triple overlapping Hit Markers that appear
twice in this section are a bit easier due to the timing of this
difficulty, so you should hopefully find it easier as well.

2nd Section--Every group in this section has a Phrase Marker in it, and
that makes things tricky due to how fast they move. You have little room
for error. All of them are on the second and last, or just last, beat of
the group. There's nothing overwhelmingly tricky about this section, but
the speed of the Phrase markers can easily throw you off.

Final Section--For the first half of this song, there will be a bunch of
consecutive beats. They are spread evenly, yet close to eachother, so don't
stop tapping. After a Spin Marker, you will repeat the majority of the
second section. Once you finish that up, there will be another Spin Marker
to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--The tricky Phrase Markers of the second section is what makes
getting an S-Rank so difficult. That section gets repeated again in the
last half of the final section, so you could be in some trouble if you are
unable to get enough 300's on it. The first section isn't too bad. Any
300's there are easily correctable mistakes.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--194
Maximum Multiplier--396
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--If you haven't lost to a Breezin' song yet, I assure you that
this song will most certainly kill you for quite a while. And if you think
this is hard, wait for the other difficulties! Don't give up now! You've
already come this far.

1st Section--This section may seem hard, but overall it is actually quite
simple. All of the markers in this section match the words, and Phrase
Makers cover the stressed words. The tricky parts would have to be the
overlapping markers. The triple overlap is simple (matches "Jump-in' Jack),
but the double overlaps can be a bit trickier. Just watch the Timer Circles
and tap twice if you can't do it very well.

2nd Section--This section is exactly like the first section, but everything
has been mirrored. Also, the ending Phrase Marker has been split into two
separate parts, so you'll need to actually lift your stylus up to hit both
of them. Not too hard if you could at least pass the first section.

3rd Section--This section will cause your hand to hurt, if you're even able
to survive that long. The first area has some pretty simple markers, with
a Spin Marker at the end. Next there will be group that mirrors the group
before the previous Spin Marker. It ends with another Spin Marker. Then
you'll have two Hit Markers and a simple multi-rebound Phrase Marker, and
a third Spin Marker afterwards. Finally, there's this tricky group:
     (1) (2)

   (7) (8) (3)
     (6) (9) (4) (5)
          (10)
I'll admit that even I have trouble surviving this, but that's only because
the Timer Circles cover up the damn numbers until it's too late. Oh yeah,
there's another Spin Marker after this. But the final area of this section
is pretty calm. There's a decent amount of overlapping beats, though.

Final Section--It's all come down to this! This section repeats the same
line over and over again, but the beat patterns keep changing. They start
off easy--just a few Hit Markers and a Phrase Marker. It gradually gets
harder, making a bunch of Hit Markers appear before and after short Phrase
Markers. The only hard part is this section of a red color group:
     (8)
   (10)(9)
Other than that, get past the ending Spin Marker and you've cleared
Breezin'!

S-Rank Difficulty--7/10
S-Rank Notes--The song seems hard at first, but once you can finally
complete it easily, an S-Rank shouldn't be too hard to obtain as well. The
overlapping markers can be hard, and several parts of the final section can
be a pain just to complete, let alone get 300's on. Many retries may be
needed to S-Rank this song.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=fYxAM48eNYo

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--266
Maximum Multiplier--438
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--This is way harder than when you played it in Breezin', so don't
expect an easy ride through it. It feels quite fast, and you'll have to do
quite a lot of tapping in order to finish the song.

1st Section--This can feel like a lengthy section, but that's only because
there's so many beats packed into it. Everything matches the lyrics of the
song except for the ending area. A lot of the Hit Markers are placed
pretty close to eachother, and you'll need to know that the Phrase Markers
move quite fast here. The last two long Phrase Markers match the music
since there aren't any lyrics at that point.

2nd Section--For the most part, this is just a mirrored version of the
first section. However, there are some notable differences. Several Phrase
Markers have been added, or now have rebounds to appear longer. The ending
two Phrase Markers has been changed to just one, with two Hit Markers
coming right after it.

3rd Section--This section, and the final section, have very annoying beat
patterns. The Timer Circles for the Hit Markers cover the numbers, again,
and this makes hitting them all correctly up to chance. The first difficult
pattern is this:
  (1) (2)
        (9)(10)
 (7)(8) (3)
  (6) (5)(4)
The second pattern is:
        (1)
                  (3)
    (11)(2) (9)(7)(4)
    (10) (8)(6)(5)
...followed by a Spin Marker. The next area has an exact mirrored version
of this pattern, so just flip it around to get the same results. There is
also a Spin Marker after it. The next group of markers forms a circle, and
it is far easier to comprehend. As usual, there's a Spin Marker after it.
Then there will be a mirrored group of those beats as well, with a final
Spin Marker for this section. The last few groups come pretty quickly, and
only trouble further your tired hands. It's similar to part of the first
section, but there are several overlapping Hit Markers replacing what used
to be single Hit Markers.

Final Section--The first part of this section will seem quite easy. Just
three Hit Markers and a Phrase Marker. Then they throw several groups with
a ton of Hit Markers, all of the Timer Circles covering their numbers, just
for kicks and giggles:
(11)-----( )
(9)(8)(5)(4)(1)
(10)(7)(6)(3)(2)
The group after this one will have the first five going right to left, and
then the last five going left to right below them. After this is the final
Spin Marker of the song. There you go, Cruisin' completed!

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--The third and final sections are the ones with craptons of
beats, and surviving them flat out, ignoring you score for a minutes, is
hard enough to begin with. Remember to keep your timing consistant. If you
start getting 100's, try to correct your errors before you get too many of
them. You want as few as possible for an S-Rank.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--332
Maximum Multiplier--471
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--And now it's time to cover this song on Sweatin'. Chances are,
you're reading this because you're bored and you already know this song is
tough, or you're here for advice because you're getting raped by anything
in the song (and it does that well).

1st Section--It's like the previous difficulties, only they put it in a lot
more markers to make it harder. After the first Phrase Marker there will be
five Hit Markers all needing to be hit right away. That can easily trip you
up. When you reach the area of the section with rebounding Phrase Markers
on the corners of the screen, they always come in pairs. There's a lone
Hit Marker between them. Finally, at the end of the section there are two
Phrase Markers. This is the only time in the game where this happens:there
is a Hit Marker overlapping each Phrase Marker. I guarentee you will miss
it on your first try, and take awhile searching for why you keep getting
X's there. Well, double tap it. The second tap starts the Phrase Marker.

2nd Section--The majority of this section is similar to the first section.
Most Hit Markers are in groups of three, and have a fourth as a Phrase
Marker. There's nothing significant here until you reach the end of the
section where you face several color groups with hard timing. The first has
eight markers, and despite changing positions several times, you will need
to hit everything in this group (and the next two groups) at the same
pacing. If you mess up the timing, expect a lot of 100's. That's bad,
mostly because you need every 300 you can get to keep the Elite-O-Meter up.

3rd Section--Things go downhill quickly thanks to mass Spin Markers and
crazy large beat patterns. The first few groups are pretty simple, but then
after the first two Hit Markers of the group before a Spin Marker, they
throw this at you:
      (12)(13)
   (11)(9)(8)(5)(4)
     (10)(7)(6)(3)
Followed by the aforementioned Spin Marker. The group after that is merely
a mirrored version of this. Don't let the patterns sweeping from left to
right confuse you. It's still following a zig zag. After the mirrored group
there will be another Spin Marker. Then there's another difficult group:
      (8)(9) (11)
     (6)(7)(10) (12)
    (5)(4)(3) (13)
There is also a Spin Marker after this. As you could guess, the group after
that will also be a mirrored image of this pattern, and the Spin Marker
gets copied with it. The ending of this section is just full of some simple
Hit and Phrase Markers. It's far easier than when it was in the first
section, so you shouldn't have trouble. Except, the mass spinning you had
to do may have worn out your hands. Hopefully you have enough stamina to
finish the song.

Final Section--This section is almost entirely made up of Hit Markers, save
the few Phrase Markers in the beginning of the section. There will be two
slightly complex groups of Hit Markers, and then there will be two more.
The second is a mirrored image of the first, but the first isn't easy to
begin with:
(13)(14)(1)(4)(5)
(12) (2)(3)(6)
(11)(10)(9)(8)(7)
As I said, the next group is merely a mirrored image of this. After that,
there will be one final group:
(8)(7)(6)(5)(4)
 (9) (1)(2)(3) (15)
(10)(11)(12)(13)(14)
If you managed to clear the song up to this point, then all that's left is
a Spin Marker and you will have finished Sweatin'!

S-Rank Difficulty--9/10
S-Rank Notes--The whole song is insanely hard to begin with, and getting an
S-Rank is going to be no easy feat. It will take tons of tries to get
enough 300's to earn and S-Rank, but it'll be so rewarding once you are
finally able to do it. The third and final sections are the real killers.
Playing those Spin Markers so many times can get annoying real quick.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--332
Maximum Multiplier--471
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Ludicris Speed
Overview--The song and difficulty that is the bane of many players. Sure,
it "technically" is as hard as it was on Sweatin', but the tiny markers
mean that one small mistap where you thought you tapped a marker, but
really didn't, can destroy your chances at victory. Miss two markers in a
row? You're dead. Get too many 100's in a row? You're dead. The Elite-O-
Meter falls insanely fast in this song. No messing around. Let's finish.

1st Section--Ready to start a hard song? The beginning of the song can be
pretty hard to finish due to how many Hit Markers you need to hit, and how
small they are in general. The amount of Phrase Markers in the first half
of this section is quite minimal, but there will be more. Once you reach
the midpoint of the section, there will be a bunch of Phrase Markers lining
the sides of the screen (it's the chorus of the song, and you should know
it well). After the Phrase Marker at the end of the red color group near
the end, there will be two more Phrase Markers. Remember that there is a
lone Hit Marker overlapping each of these Phrase Markers, so you need to
double tap.

2nd Section--For the most part, this section will appear to be a mirrored
version of the first section. However, the most major differences are at
the start of the section. There are more Hit Markers grouped together,
and there won't be long Phrase Markers until midway through the section.
The chorus has the most major changes. There are now additional Phrase
Markers towards the end of the chorus, so don't get thrown off. They move
fast, so keep the stylus firmly on the screen. The last groups of beats
move from the bottom of the screen to the right, and then to the top of
the screen. Don't change the rate of tapping, or you may end up with a ton
of 100's.

3rd Section--Remember those awfully annoying patterns from Sweatin'? Well,
in Hard ROCK, as by now you probably already know, the beats appear one by
one. Those patterns don't pose any issue anymore. That's wonderful. That
doesn't mean you'll get by easy, though. The first area has one major group
of beat before a Spin Marker. You'll see what I mean by "it's easier than
Sweatin'". Of course, if you're having trouble, just mirror the diagram
I have in the Sweatin' description. The second major group will be a mirror
of the first you just went through (or, essentially, the same as the first
group in Sweatin'). There's a Spin Marker, too. The third major group of
beats moves in a zig zagging pattern, but cuts off towards the end and just
starts moving up. After another Spin Marker, you'll repeat the same
pattern, but it'll be mirrored. After one last Spin Marker in this section,
you will encounter the last few beats for the section. It's mostly a mirror
of the ending of the first section, just several Phrase Markers taken out.

Final Section--This is the last, and arguable the easiest, of the sections
in the song. Hopefully you won't blow it now. The first few groups will
look just like the ending groups of the third section. Once you get through
that, there will be two groups that each end in a Phrase Marker (the last
ones in the song). There will then be three huge groups of Hit Markers,
but the fact they appear one by one takes any challenge out of hitting them
correctly. If you make a mistake here, you're probably just too nervous and
are jittering your arm around (yes, myself and several other people have
that happen from time to time). If you can tap all 15 markers in all three
groups, then it's just a simple Spin Marke standing between you and
finishing the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--10/10
S-Rank Notes--Dubbed the hardest song to S-Rank in the game, I must
agree...at first. Oddly enough, after playing this song for several hours,
I'm able to S-Rank it without much effort. For the average player,
S-Ranking it for the first time will be insanely hard, and pulsepounding
towards the end. Just be sure in the major sections of the song that you
don't change the rate of your tapping. Whenever you do that, you can
ensure that you will get plenty of 100's. That's harmful for an S-Rank
attempt.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--71
Maximum Multiplier--212
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--This song is absurdly slow, and there are very few beats within
it. You may slip up several times due to rushing it. You need to reach the
fourth ranking, and the total score needed to reach that likely won't be
obtained until you are in Cruisin'.

1st Section--This section has a few beats, as well as a lone Phrase Marker.
Just pay attention to the Timer Circles as nothing here is going to make
any bit of sense.

2nd Section--This section is much longer, and most of the markers now match
the lyrics of the song quite well. Note that the Phrase Markers move very
slowly during this section, so just be patient. It makes more sense than
the first section, at least.

3rd Section--There will be several Phrase Markers at the start of this
section, and then a Spin Marker. Afterwards, you will repeat a mirrored
version of the last half of the second section. Nothing too tricky.

Final Section--Most of this section focuses on the lyrics, again, and there
will be several Phrase Markers that continue to go slowly. After the last
one, there will be a Spin Marker ending the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--The only hard part is being able to tolerate the fact the
song moves so slow. If you are able to not tap too quickly, then you can
probably S-Rank this quite quickly.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--88
Maximum Multiplier--250
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--It's a bit better than it was on Breezin', but I still think a
decent amount of the Hit Markers make no sense, and the Phrase Markers are
still slow. Quite annoying as compared to the more faster paced songs in
Cruisin'.

1st Section--The Hit Markers of this section match the lyrics quite well,
and the Phrase Markers...don't really match anything. They are also slow,
so stop trying to move the stylus faster. It isn't going to get anything
done.

2nd Section--This is a pretty long section compared to the first, and it is
mostly slow Phrase Markers with tons of rebounds within them. The rest of
the Hit Markers continue to match the lyrics, word by word, so they should
be moderately easy to hit correctly.

3rd Section--The first half of this section can be slightly tricky due to
there being several Hit Markers close to eachother, and their timing can
be slightly tricky. There's a Spin Marker after that area, and then the
second section repeats. A decent amount of the beats have changed, though.
Instead of long Phrase Markers you will occasionally have several Hit
Markers spread out evenly from eachother. At least is lasts shorter than
the second section.

Final Section--The first half of this section is insanely hard compared to
the rest of the song. There are several overlapping Hit Markers, and then
after a group contains several of them there will be three overlapping
markers. Their timing is spread out, about one second for each marker. The
remaining it of the song mirrors the last area of the third section, ending
with a Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--4/10
S-Rank Notes--The triple overlapping markers is the hardest part of this
song, and it naturally comes in the last section. Other then that, nothing
else about the song strikes as difficult. Besides the fact the song is slow
and that can mess you up, but we shouldn't count that.

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--145
Maximum Multiplier--254
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--There's a decent amount of markers in this song now, so it will
move at a decent pace throughout. However, by the time you play this in
Sweatin' you should be used to the game long enough to perform quite well
here, so there's not much else to add.

1st Section--The first two groups of beats have a ton of Hit Markers
placed all right near eachother, so you'll need to tap quite fast to keep
on rhythm with the song. The remaining part of the section fits the lyrics
well, so no worries there.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is moderately easy. It contains
mostly Phrase Markers, but there are a couple of Hit Markers stuck here and
there just to keep the song going. For the second half of the section, you
are merely repeating the first half of this section, but the markers are
mirrored.

3rd Section--The first half of this section moves quickly. There are a
bunch of consecutive Hit Markers and Phrase Markers, and it ends with a
Spin Marker. For the second half of this section, you will repeat part of
the second section, but a lot of the markers have been changed. Some of the
Phrase Markers have been removed and replaced by several Hit Markers, and
vice versa. Don't get tripped up, especially by one of the smallest Phrase
Markers in the game.

Final Section--This section starts off by repeating the last half of the
third section, but it changes quite quickly. Several points of this section
have trios of Hit Markers next to eachother. There's also some overlapping
beats, but paying attention to the lyrics should make their timing pretty
simple. The song ends with a Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--The song has gotten a bit harder for Sweatin', but you should
be able to handle it easily. The last section, as usual, has the trickiest
markers to hit, but nothing else in the song can really be considered more
difficult than that.

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--145
Maximum Multiplier--254
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--Honestly, the Phrase Markers are the only tricky part about this
song, and there are like only two that you may need to memorize due to how
quickly they appear. It's a rather simple Hard ROCK song, but I doubt you
are complaining about that.

1st Section--The first two groups have a bunch of Hit Markers close
together, and each end on a Phrase Marker. There's just a few more Hit
Marker groups after this before the section ends.

2nd Section--The first half of this song has a decent amount of Phrase
Markers, and usually appear when the lyrics ends or on stressed words, so
careful attention should make it pretty easy to determine. Once you clear
the first half of the song, the second half will merely be a mirrored
version of the first half, so don't expect anything new.

3rd Section--The first half of this section moves pretty quickly, with
Phrase Markers spread out evenly between Hit Markers. A Spin Marker will
appear midway through the section, then you will repeat part of the second
section. Watch out for the first blue color group--there's three
consecutive Phrase Markers in the middle of it, and they can throw you off
if you don't realize that. The group after has a short Phrase Marker on
the fifth marker. Other then that, not too bad of a section.

Final Section--The first blue color group starts with a triple overlapping
stack of markers, and everything after in that group is a pair of
overlapping markers. Don't let the speed make you forget that. Nothing else
is really worth mentioning here, besides a Phrase Marker at the end leading
to a Spin Marker, ending this song.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--Like Sweatin', nothing about the song is absurdly difficult,
but the third and final sections may trick a few people due to some
markers not being clearly visible until it is too later. Memorize those
simple mistakes and avoid them when shooting for 300's.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--163
Maximum Multiplier--292
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Slow
Overview--The song starts off pretty easy, but towards the end they throw a
ton of Hit Markers in such weird positions that you'll likely hit them out
of order, resulting in nothing but a confused look on your face.

1st Section--As you will quickly tell by this section, almost everything
in this song matches the lyrics. Everything except the final group. The
second through fourth markers don't match the lyrics, but they are all
right next to eachother, so hit them all quickly and ignore the song for a
moment.

2nd Section--The first half of this section is moderately simple. Nothing
too complex, at least not yet. The second half of this section repeats the
last half of the first section. After that ends, there will be several
additional groups. The first two groups have odd marker placements. The
second group just mirrors the first (and this diagram is of the first one):
(1)
(2)(6)
(3)(5)

   (4)
Don't mistake the 6th marker for the 4th.

3rd Section--This section contains many groups, each with only four Hit
Markers. They follow the soft voice in the lyrics, so be sure to pay
attention to them. If you get your timing off, you can expect a lot of easy
100's.

Final Section--The first several groups hardly match the lyrics, and that
is where the difficulty starts to climb. Pay attention to the Timer Circles
as you aren't likely to find the song helping you. The first half of the
song gets repeated again in the second half, but there are four Hit Markers
tacked on at the end, ending the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--6/10
S-Rank Notes--I hate a lot of these markers. They make such little sense,
as if it's all intentional of something. Focus on the last two sections
more than the others. That's where the markers start getting difficult to
figure out.

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--193
Maximum Multiplier--328
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Slow
Overview--There are a decent amount of tricky beats within this song, but
by now you should be able to handle most of them without difficulty.

1st Section--There are a decent amount of overlapping beats midway through
the song, and the second marker is spaced out a little. Follow the lyrics,
as the markers follow them all throughout the section. The last half of
this section isn't too bad. Several markers are close together, and the
final red color groups acts the same as on Breezin'--don't follow the
music for it.

2nd Section--For the most part, this section repeats the last half of the
first section. There are some minor differences, such as additional
overlapping beats towards the end of the section, and string of Hit Markers
replacing Phrase Markers. It's nothing too major, and you should be able to
take it. There's an additional few groups after the repeat, but it keeps
following the lyrics.

3rd Section--This section basically keeps repeating the same group of
markers, and they follow the lyrics still. The voice can be slightly
difficult to hear, so pay attention carefully.

Final Section--If you've done the rest of the song well, you can do this
just fine as well. At several points the markers might go with the
background voice, but this only applies for two groups near the start. The
beats stay the same speed all the way through this section, so it should be
pretty calm. The last four markers don't really follow the song, so pay
attention to the Timer Circles.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--This is easier than Breezin' due to the beats making more
sense, but they can be fairly difficult, like the final section may prove.
Don't go too easy on it, or you'll find yourself trying to get an S-Rank
for a long time.
S-Rank Video--http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TuXRF_9VgIQ

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--253
Maximum Multiplier--336
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--Things are a lot more difficult on Sweatin'. There's many short
Phrase Markers, and a Hit Marker or two like to come right after them, and
in the opposite corner to boot. It can be quite difficult, but feasible.

1st Section--The first section has a lot of string together beats, and
several overlapping beats as well. The song is actually moving slower then
you think, so don't go tapping extremely fast, because you'll likely get an
X for hitting too early. See those short Phrase Markers with a Hit Marker
in another corner of the screen right after? Try to get a 300 on the Phrase
Marker AND the Hit Marker. Generally, you'll likely get a 100 on one of
them. Move your hand faster.

2nd Section--This section works like a mirrored version of the first
section. Keep following the lyrics to ensure you don't stray off beat.
Several beats can be pretty tricky, but you should just follow the Timer
Circles if you are having trouble. After the first section is done
repeating there will be an additional few sections, but it isn't too
tricky if you pay attention to the song.

3rd Section--This section has two different group patterns. The first gets
repeated several times, and has an overlapping beat in it. The second
group is just a circle string of Hit Markers, all with pretty easy and
similar timing. Nothing major here.

Final Section--All of the markers in this section match whoever is singing
(it changes several times in the section). The overlapping markers are
quick, so be sure to double tap quickly. The first half of the section will
repeat again in the second half, and then the song is over. Shouldn't be
too bad, but the middle of the section's timing doesn't match the lyrics
properly, and that can be confusing.

S-Rank Difficulty--7/10
S-Rank Notes--The first section and the last section have the hardest beat
patterns. The first section is annoying will all of the overlapping beat
patterns within it, while the final section has several difficult groups
that don't match the lyrics well.
S-Rank Video--http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsEB4k4tUL4

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--253
Maximum Multiplier--336
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--It can be difficult due to the smaller Hit Markers, but unless
your hand covers up the upcoming markers, you shouldn't have too much
trouble here.

1st Section--There are several Phrase Markers in this section of the song,
and the Hit Markers aren't too difficult to tap, but it's the tricky chorus
section that can hurt. In every group there is a short Phrase Marker at the
end, and a Hit Marker starting in another group in an opposite corner. If
you don't move your hand fast enough, you'll be in trouble.

2nd Section--This section is basically just a mirrored version of the
first section. Several Phrase Markers and Hit Markers have been changed,
but you should still be able to follow the song easily. Once you finish the
repeated section, you will encounter a few new extra groups that contain
only six Hit Markers each, and they keep matching the lyrics.

3rd Section--This sections contains only two groups that get repeated
several times. The first type of group has an overlapping beat in the
middle of the group. The second group is just a string of Hit Markers that
generally makes a simple circle. Not too difficult to figure out.

Final Section--Almost there! This can be a difficult section as it tends
to move quite fast, and there are several Phrase Markers that can easily
trip you up by how fast they come at you. It looks similar to the second
section, though, so that might help. The last half follows the lyrics a bit
more carefully, except for the last section that doesn't really follow any
standard.

S-Rank Difficulty--8/10
S-Rank Notes--The third and final sections, much like in Sweatin', will
easily cause the most trouble for you. They've got some tricky beat
patterns, and not everything follows the song. That's really annoying, and
can cause some 100's to appear.

~Breezin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--150
Maximum Multiplier--349
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Medium-Fast
Overview--This is a fast moving song, and there are quite a lot of beats
for a Breezin' difficulty song. Luckily, it's insanely easy on Breezin'
(well, compared so Hard ROCK at least...), so don't expect a ton of
trouble here.

1st Section--There's nothing tricky about this section. The beats on this
song match the lyrics, except some parts of the song sort of cross between
the lyrics and the music itself. Yet, it shouldn't be too hard to follow.

2nd Section--This section works like a mirrored version of the last half of
the first section. It hasn't increased in difficulty, naturally, so it's
just more of the same.

3rd Section--Pay attention to the lyrics in the first half of this section.
There are overlapping Hit Markers in the middle of each group at first, and
they match the lyrics perfectly. The chorus repeats in the second half of
the section, but it's changed this time. It's mostly simple Phrase Markers
now, so you should be able to finish it off easily.

Final Section--The first few groups match the light voice in the background
before the chorus is repeated. This time it looks like how it was back in
the second section, so it you could handle it then, you can handle it
again here. The song ends with a Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--2/10
S-Rank Notes--It's crazy how easy Breezin' is compared to Sweatin' and Hard
ROCK. There's no much to say here. The overlapping beats in the third
section may be difficult, but nothing else in the song can be called hard.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=0VlGPUVRJiI

=====================
~Cruisin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--203
Maximum Multiplier--380
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Fast
Overview--Cruisin' has made the song a bit tougher, and there are several
groups that will easily trip you up, and the fact the Elite-O-Meter falls
this fast for this difficulty is madness. Good luck, and be sure to look
ahead for the tricky groups.

1st Section--The first half of this section can be tricky because several
Hit Markers are spaced in an odd way from the rest of the group. Watch the
timing, and remember that the beats are following the lyrics. The second
half of the song is the chorus, and the hardest part about it are the
Hit Markers that are close together. They follow the lyrics still, so you
should be fine.

2nd Section--Most of this section is just a repeat of the first section,
but with mirrored beat patterns. For the last half of the section, there
appear to be more Phrase Markers, and they all line the edging of the
screen. Take care not to miss any.

3rd Section--This is the section where everything gets shot to hell. There
are a lot of close together beats, and then the first blue color group you
come to does this as the song speeds up considerably:
          (1)
         (2/3)
          (4)
      (6)-----( )
          (5)
You may be tempted to hit the 6 as it comes, placement wise, before the 5th
marker. After two groups of triple overlapping beats, the chorus will
repeat itself. You should be able to this repeat of when it was in the
first section. You shouldn't slip up.

Final Section--This ending section is pretty easy. It repeats the chorus
twice, and it looks the same both times. It looks like a mirrored version
of the second section's chorus, so there's still nothing new here. Clear
the Spin Marker to end the song.

S-Rank Difficulty--5/10
S-Rank Notes--The bastard third section can very easily trip you up, and
destroy any chance of an S-Rank. Even with practice, you may still be
tempted to hit the 6 before the 5. The third section also has a ton of
overlapping beats, which can also be tricky.
S-Rank Video--http://youtube.com/watch?v=8qpsTkKCBVE

=====================
~Sweatin' Difficulty~
=====================
Total Beats--298
Maximum Multiplier--415
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Very Fast
Overview--Sweatin' is in a league of its own. If you thought Cruisin' was
easy, Sweatin' will kill you. Very, very quickly. The first section alone
is a huge pain, with an insane amount of tapping you'll need to do, and
the rest of the song works the same way. Good luck.

1st Section--The first half of the section is a long gauntlet that is one
of the hardest areas of the song. It contains a ton of packed together
Hit Markers and overlapping beats. The thing to realize is that these beats
match the music rather than the lyrics. Keep that in mind, and avoid
missing too much or getting tons of 100's. The Elite-O-Meter drops very
quickly, and as stated, you can fail quite quickly here. The second half of
the section is the chorus. Follow the lyrics for it. It's FAR calmer, so
you shouldn't have problems there.

2nd Section--There are a bunch of closely packed Hit Markers in the later
groups of the first half of this song. They can be tricky if you get just
slightly off beat, resulting in many 50's and 100's, possibly missing the
markers altogether. The second half of the section is the chorus, different
than in the first section. The Phrase Markers are shorter, and there are
pentagon-shaped patterns of Hit Markers whose timing is quite tricky. They
keep following the lyrics.

3rd Section--The first half of this song, like the beginning of the second
section, also has lots of close together Hit Markers. There are several
Phrase Markers packed inbetween, so try not to rush those. There is often
a short pause before you need to tap the Hit Marker, so be careful. A
repeat of the first section's chorus gets repeated after this, so it
shouldn't be too hard.

Final Section--The first two groups are the only odd parts of this section.
The voice in the background, which the markers are on pace with, can be
hard to hear. Past that, you will repeat the first section's chorus twice
over, ending with two pentagon-shaped patterns. Often the groups will
change from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen, so
your hand may be covering them up. The song ends with a Spin Marker.

S-Rank Difficulty--9/10
S-Rank Notes--Wow! This song just got a hell of a lot harder. The first
section can be a killer, and after that, the rest of the song can be hard
if you're slightly off beat. It's either 300's or all 100's. It may take
you a while to finally S-Rank this song do to how absurd it is. Also, there
is some severe lag issues with the song. The framerate drops a bit
whenever the top screen changes scenes. If you don't wanna get messed up
thanks to lag, then get all 300's. Heh...

======================
~Hard ROCK Difficulty~
======================
Total Beats--298
Maximum Multiplier--415
Elite-O-Meter Rate--Ludicris Speed
Overview--Dubbed as the only song that compared to Jumpin' Jack Flash in
difficulty, Survivor in Hard ROCK will kill you so many times you should
get some paper and mark just how many times you fail. Memorizing many
areas of the song is key, mostly because your hand will cover several
markers when they switch quickly from one side of the screen to the other.

1st Section--It was bad enough in Sweatin', but now add the fact that
these markers are small, and messing up will seem a whole lot more likely.
For the first half of this section, every even numbered group has a Phrase
Marker on the fifth beat. The odd numbered groups have several overlapping
markers towards the end of their groups. It's not difficult in concept, but
the insane amount of tapping required, adding in the quickly dropping
meter if you get too many 100's, makes this section killer. The last half
of the section is the chorus, and it goes much slower. Memorize this
section! Note when the beats switch sides of the screen! This will help you
in later sections.

2nd Section--The first half of this section has a Phrase Marker in every
group, and the pacing of this section is quite consistant with the song.
The second half is the chorus, but this time around there are those
pentagon-shaped patterns of Hit Markers. Also, most groups line the left
and right edges of the screen, constantly flipping back and forth between
them. Move your hand away from the screen quickly to see where the next
beats are appearing from.

3rd Section--The first half of this section has a ton of Hit Markers,
stuffing Phrase Markers into the ninth beat of those two eleven beat
groups. Don't get inconsitant with your tapping. After that half of the
section, the chorus repeats and it models that of the first section. This
is why I said to memorize trouble spots. Your hand will cover several
groups (regardless if you're left or right handed). Knowing this section
well will ensure your success.

Final Section--This hellhole is almost over. The first few groups just
match the words, nothing major. After that, the chorus is repeated twice.
First it matches the chorus beats in the first section, then the beat
patterns in the second section. Don't get thrown off. Once you clear the
Spin Marker at the end, this song finally ends.

S-Rank Difficulty--10/10
S-Rank Notes--This song will more likely then not destroy you in your
attempt for an S-Rank. Yes, you must hit ever single beat. Not to mention
you can only get 29 100/50's, this song is crazy. Your hand will also wear
out quite fast, too. Just don't push yourself too hard. It can be done, and
you'll feel damn great once you do it, but just practice and memorize. If
you can complete the song with ease, then hitting every beat will come with
a little more practice. After that, it's only a matter of time before you
obtain an S-Rank.

save one replay per song, and it doesn't matter what difficulty or how you
played. You just need to finish the song to be able to save the replay.

Also, when you highlight the song that you want to replay, you also have
the option of broadcasting the data. By doing this, any other person who

*--You can still have Agent Starr be the lead diva if you don't tap the
"GO" button that appears above "OK" to start this difficulty. If you do tap
it, Commander Kahn will replace Starr until you quit Hard ROCK. Oddly
enough, he performs the divas' dance moves rather than the male agents'.

                          ~7.Multiplayer Modes~
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tired of playing by yourself and want to play with someone else for a
change? Well, then the Multiplayer modes are just for you. You can either
play against your replays, or against other players regardless if they have
Elite Beat Agents or not.

                              ~7A.VS Ghost~
===========================================================================
In this mode, you can choose to beat one of your replays. You start by
selecting a replay you have saved, and then you will play the song on the
difficulty the replay was saved on. All you're trying to do is get a
higher score then yourself. Overall, there's not much of a point to this
than just going into Single Player and doing it there.

Note that beat yourself won't make a "high score" or anything. Also, it
works like Single/Multi Card battles where the markers get tiny when your
opponent (in this case, yourself) gets enough Beats and Elite Beats. You
can't hinder the ghost, but they can hinder you.

===========================================================================
                              ~7B.VS Player~
===========================================================================
When choosing this option, you will be asked to either create a group or
join a game. If you host the group, then you can wait for three other DS
players join in. If someone else has made the game, choose to join their
group.

If at least one person doesn't have Elite Beat Agents, everyone will play
on the shortened version of the game. The only difficulties available are
Breezin' and Cruisin'. You only have five songs to choose, also. They are
Walkie Talkie Man, Makes No Difference, Y.M.C.A., Material Girl, and La La.

When battling eachother, everyone has the same beat patterns, but there
will be several large stars at the top of everyone's screen (replacing the
Elite-O-Meter). For every Beat you get, half a star will fill. An Elite
Beat will fill a full star. When all of them are filled, an attack will be
automatically launched on your foes. Depending on how well they are doing
(signified by the segmented bars on the top screen), their markers will
shrink from a little amount, to being only several pixels wide. This makes
it more likely for the winning player to succeed briefly.

If everyone has their own version of Elite Beat Agents, then there are no
restrictions. You can play on any song and difficulty level.

                               ~7C.Co-op~
===========================================================================
This mode is only availble if two people have their own copies of Elite
Beat Agents. In this mode, you can play any song on any difficulty, and
both players will work together to clear it. Each player will either play
the same section, get different sections, or only get sections to
themselves (solos, basically). If only one person gets a section, the other
player can see the beats, but they will be greyed out and won't have any
effect if you tap them or not.
