After you have completed Mission 6 there is a time challenge. (collect 20 energon cubes in less than one minute) This challenge is extremely simple to do and gives 20,000 energon points per each completion. You get a 3,000 energon bonus for completing the circuit with 15 seconds on the clock at the end, but only once.
Repeat this challenge as many times as you need, to max out your attributes in the medical bay.
