At the 'Main' menu press X, Y, D-pad Right, D-pad Left, X to unlock ALL the missions, modes and bonuses. If you have entered the code in correctly the 'Logo' screen will turn red and you will hear a zombie noise as confirmation. When this code has been enabled you will also be able to press the L and R shoulder buttons to switch to the next/previous camera.
