When you beat the game a more difficult game setting will become unlocked. Below are the 3 different difficulty settings and the setting that must first be completed to unlock them.
Unlock Hard Difficulty Setting:
Beat the Normal difficulty setting.
Unlock Hell Difficulty Setting:
Beat the Hard difficulty setting.
Unlock Heaven Difficulty Setting:
Beat the Hell difficulty setting.

Skip Story Mode Level
On the screen that appears before a level tap the blue button at the lower right corner of the 'Start/Quick Start' menu and then tap the yellow button that appears. Tap the small button that appears and select 'Yes' 3 times. It is only possible to this once on each difficulty setting in Story mode.
Another Story Mode:
Complete Story mode.
Unlock 'Eye' Mini-Game in Multiplayer Mode:
Defeat the Eye in Story mode.
Unlock 'Snowball Chase' Mini-Game in Multiplayer Mode:
Complete Scene 23 in Story mode where you chase the girl.
Unlock 'Bull' Mini-Game in Survival and Time Attack Modes:
Complete Scene 8.
Unlock 'Seashells' Mini-Game in Survival and Time Attack Modes:
Complete Scene 16.
Unlock 'Swimming On A Tree' Mini-Game in Multiplayer Mode:
Complete the Swimming On A Tree mini-game in Story mode to save the girl from the crocodiles.
Unlock 'Cake Battle' Mini-Game in 2-Player Mode:
Complete the Snowball Fight mini-game in Story mode against the girl.
Unlock 'Table Hockey' Mini-Game in 2-Player Mode:
Defeat Disk in Story mode.
