Get the starie is a breeze! Create Handcuffs and attach it to one side of the starie, streching the free hand cuff over and ataching it to a Vending machine. After press the FILL option and with the starie in the machine drag it to where you are standing

(ps the cusix only makes the vicar invinsible no one else)
