In campaign mode, for 3-2(troubled zoos), how do you get past the buying the elephant. It says that I need to donate to Animal Research. I do; however, it doesn't let me donate all I need to in order to purchase the elephant in the time allowed. What am I missing?

You need to start out with 3 pairs of animals. Then, when release 2 babies to the wild, you will earn 3 stars. Now you can research more animals. Keep releasing babies and each time you get another star, you can research the next set of animals.
