Question for Yu-Gi-Oh! Nightmare Troubadour

I am on level 13 and I know I have to defeat Ishzu three times to unlock shadow duels with Yami Bakura. I have faced Ishzu three times but won only twice. My problem is that Ishzu no longer appears in the game even though I have played for a few hours, beaten multiple opponents, and frequently saved and "slept." Any hints please on what I can do to make Ishzu appear so I can defeat her for the third time and get the game to progress? Thanks.

I win 2 times but lost the last then found her again problem is you need to defeat her another 3 times I beat her after I lost and now I'm still trying to find her p.s I'm lvl 16 and I still can't find her
