Eventually you will find Ishizu out at night after you beat her a couple times during the day. (She's in the expert cup city.) She will ask you which you prefer, power or unity. To get Obilisk choose power. To get Slifer choose Unity. The Winged Dragon of Ra is probably one of the hardest cards to find in the game. I know how to get it though. After you beat Yami Marik you can duel Marik. After you register Marik in your duel disk (if your god card is in your trunk) Marik will trade Ra for your card. Hope I helped!
