When and how do you get Obelisk the Tormentor?

You can get Obelisk the Tormentor shortly after beating the Expert Cup. Find Ishizu in the city area. She will ask you a question. Choose “power,” as picking the other option will get you Slifer the Sky Dragon. After that you must defeat Kaiba, and after that you will get the Egyptian God Card.
