It has 49 cards, but it's still good. I've seldomly lost and I've had an exodia piece removed from play once, brought it back and won. Reversal of graves is good to use when you have grave retrieval cards in your hand and most of the exodia pieces are in your deck.

This is a good OTK deck (one turn kill). The cards you need are:
Exiled Force
3 Jowgen the Spiritualist
3 Mask of Darkness
1 Mystic Tomato
1 Sangan
1 Sinister Serpent
3 Spirit Reapers
1 The Forgiving Maiden
3 Tsukuyomi
3 Book of Moon
1 Graceful Charity
1 Mystical Space Typhoon
1 Pot of Greed
1 Reasoning
1 Divine Wrath
3 Dust Tornados
3 Jar of Greeds
2 Last Turn
1 Michizure
1 Mirror Force
1 Ring of Destruction
1 Solemn Judgement
3 Wall of Revealing light
Forbidden Card- Yata Garasu

Monster Info
Ok, this deck is relatively low on monsters but it works! Mystic Tomato can bring out Sangan, who can add any monster in the deck to your hand. Spirit Reapers are a wall, just watch out for something like Spear Dragon. Tsukuyomi and Mask of Darkness allow you to use any of the traps over and over, or rescue a trap you needed. Exiled force is there to take out a field spell or an annoying Jinzo or something, and Jowgen the Spiritualists is key to the deck. Its part of the OTK combo.
Spells
This deck really lacks spells, but its all it needs. They allow you to search your deck to bring out the cards you need for the OTK combo- just be sure not to discard all the cards you need. Just in case, you have Mask of Darkness, Tsukuyomi, and book of moon to take the place of Tsukuyomi. Book of moon can act as a good way to block off an attacking monster too.
Traps
Most of this deck is made of trap cards, and they all serve a purpose. Dust Tornadoes can get rid of any spell or traps your opponent might use to counter your OTK, and the Jar of Greeds will allow you to search your deck for the cards you need. Michizure, Mirror Force, and Ring of Destruction protect your life points, and help deal damage. Solemn Judgement can stop your opponent from using something like armed ninja, and so can divine wrath.
OTK combo
For this combo, you need Last Turn, Wall of Revealing Light, and Jowgen the Spiritualist. First, use wall of revealing light to lower your life points to below 1000 and summon Jowgen. Then, set Last Turn and put a couple of defensive traps down just in case. When you get the chance, spring the Last Turn. Select Jowgen as the card to stay on the field, and your opponent cannot special summon because of his effect. You win.

I use toons with toon world cauze they kick ass with direct attacks

Guest answered:

I use multiple decks to keep the game interesting.
The first is a Toon Deck, toon monsters are really my favorites since I was a kid. (I will put the title of the Deck Recipes the way I named them and some explanations)

1) Manga Toon Fun

(20 Effect Monsters)
1# Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon
1# Morphing Jar
1# Sangan
3# Toon Cannon Soldier
1# Toon Dark Magician Girl
3# Toon Gemini Elf
3# Toon Goblin Attack Force
2# Toon Masked Sorcerer
3# Toon Mermaid
2# Toon Summoned Skull

(13 Spell Cards)
2# Emergency Provisions
1# Giant Trunade
1# Scapegoat
1# Swords of Revealing Light
3# Toon Table of Contents
3# Toon World
1# Vengeful Bog Spirit

(7 Trap Cards)
2# Hidden Book of Spell
1# Skill Drain
1# Solemn Judgment
1# Spirit Barrier
2# Toon Defense

( Description )
The main point of using a Toon Deck is to use their ability to attack directly. Their weakness though is that if Toon World is destroyed, toon monsters will go down with it. There are strategies though that can overcome this weakness.

As stated above, the main strategy is to attack directly. Toon Table of Contents will help you get Toon World to your hand. A great trick is that all level 5 and above toon monsters can be special summoned on the field by tributing a monster or two (with the exception of Toon Mermaid which does not need a tribute) so you can summon more than one in a turn by tributing tokens such as Scapegoat.

With Toon Gemini Elf and Toon Masked Sorcerer you can maintain hand control if Toon World is on the field, giving you an irritating advantage. Morphing Jar acts as a way to recycle your hand for better cards and Sangan can help you bring tributes for your more powerful toons like Toon Mermaid.

Unfortunately, with the exception of Toon Dark Magician Girl no Toon Monster can attack the turn it is summoned, which gives your opponent a big advantage to strike down your strategy, but this flaw can become your opponents problem too. By using Vengeful Bog Spirit, no player can attack on the first turn they summon, so that flaw is eliminated. Also, cards like Swords of Revealing Light can give you time for your monsters to get ready to attack without fearing of your opponent attacking first.

The biggest problem in a Toon Deck is that players rely too much on the spell card Toon World. Their whole strategy will be ruined if Toon World is destroyed. Solemn Judgment can negate any attempt to destroy your Toon World though. However, if Toon World were to leave the field by other means other than destruction, such as the effect of Giant Trunade, then the Toon Monsters would remain on the field with the cost of their Direct Attack ability.
Even by using Emergency Provisions just as your opponent is about to destroy your card, not only will you gain Life Points, you'll also save your monsters.

Skill Drain is also away to save your monsters if your Toon World is destroyed. By activating, Toons lose the effect of being destroyed when Toon World's not around.

Hidden Book of Spell is a way to retrieve Toon World from the graveyard if it is destroyed.

One last trick is to use Toon Defense together with Spirit Barrier in order to create an unstoppable barrier for your monsters. If your opponent attacks, Toon Defense will redirect the attack to your life points and trigger Spirit Barrier, which will ultimately eliminate the attack completely.

This is a 40 cards deck. I hope I was helpful. I will post some more Deck Recipes for whoever is interested.

Guest answered:

My deck focuses mostly on OTK strategies. It's a strong one, I think you'll like it.

1# Cyber Jar
1# Chiron the Mage
1# Dark Magician of Chaos (Effect Monster)
1# Dark Necrofear
3# Giant Germ

1# Card Destruction
1# Different Dimension Capsule
1# Dimension Fusion
1# Final Countdown
1# Graceful Charity
1# Pot of Greed
1# Premature Burial
2# Reasoning
1# Spell Economics
1# Swords of Revealing Light

[Trap Cards]
1# Astral Barrier
1# Call of the Haunted
1# Hidden Book of Spells
1# Last Turn
1# Light of Intervention
1# Reckless Greed
1# Reversal of Graves
1# Solemn Judgment
1# Spirit Barrier

[ Astral - Spirit Combo]
Okay, so every card has a purpose here. First off, Spirit Barrier together with Astral Barrier creates an unbeatable wall my opponent can't take down without destroying one of them. Lava Golem is a great addition to that because with him on your opponent's side, he'll be taking 1000 points of damage every turn and will not be able to use that 3000 Attack Points against you. Also, it's a good way to pass the 20 rounds for Final Countdown without losing life points and it's a great combo in general. Cards like Solemn Judgment will negate any attempt to break that barrier and the likes of Mask of Darkness, Hidden Book of Spell and A Cat of III Omen will help you acquire them both in your hand.

[Reversal of Graves Tactic]
I'm sure everyone is familiar with this combo. It's Ishizu's personal strategy, mixed in a deck. The main point is to toss 15 cards to the graveyard as quickly as possible before your opponent, and then activate Reversal of Graves. With that, graveyards will switch with Decks so you'll have a 15 cards deck and your opponent will probably have less so you'll deck him out. Cards like Reasoning, Morphing Jar, Graceful Charity, Reckless Greed, Card Destruction, Put of Greed, Cyber Jar and Tribe Infecting Virus will help you quickly toss the needed amount of cards to the graveyard while again, Mask of Darkness, Hidden Book of Spell and A Cat of III Omen will help you acquire Reversal of Graves. Dark Necrofear gains a lot of help from this tactic, since a lot of Fiends will be going to the graveyard which will help Summon her. Since she is a special summon, and with an amazing 2800 defense and an incredible brain washing ability, she will be a great card to have on the field.

[Dark Magician of Chaos - OTK]
This is one of my favorites. All you need is Dark Magician of Chaos, Spell Economics, Dimension Fusion and either Cannon Soldier or Catapult Turtle.
The idea is to have Spell Economics, as well as both Dark Magician of Chaos and either Cannon Soldier or Catapult Turtle on the field and use Dark Magician of Chaos as a tribute to activate their effect. However, ones tributed, Dark Magician of Chaos will be removed from play due to his effect. Ones that is over, activate Dimension Fusion to bring him back. By coming back, his ability will let you retrieve Dimension Fusion from your Graveyard. Due to Spell Economics, you won't be paying the cost for activating Dimension Fusion. Afterwards, you just repeat the same process till your opponent runs out of life points. I also use Mother Grizzly as a way to special summon Catapult Turtle easily. This loop can't be stopped, but it takes a lot of time and a lot of cards to happen so I usually beat my opponents with all the other cards I mentioned.

[Jowgen's Last Turn]
This technique has been mentioned by someone else already, but it's a pretty good one anyway. All you need to do is activate Wall of Revealing Light to lower your life points to 1000 or lower. Then you need to Summon Jowgen the Spiritualist onto the field and place Last Turn on the field. When the time is right, activate Last Turn and choose Jowgen the Spiritualist as your monster. Due to his effect, your opponent will not be able to special summon any monster so you'll instantly win the duel.

[The rest of the Cards]
Chiron the Mage is a way to destroy any threatening spell/trap cards my opponent might have. It also helps toss cards for the Reversal of Graves technique. Giant Germ helps with the Reversal of Graves strategy and also lowers the amount of cards in the deck, helping you draw whatever cards you need easier. It also helps summon Dark Necrofear easier. Sangan helps draw every monster you need for any strategy you need like Catapult Turtle and Jowgen the Spiritualist. Satellite Cannon is a good wall if the Astral Spirit combo doesn't work, which can also become a powerful attacker ones it is fully charged. That's the purpose of Spirit Reaper and Swords of Revealing Light as well. Premature Burial and Call of the Haunted will help you retrieve cards that were tossed in an attempt to use Reversal of Graves as a plan to acquire the cards needed for another strategy as a plan B'. Light of Intervention is to help see what monsters your opponent has in order to activate Tribe Infecting Virus' ability.

It might seem like it is difficult to run this deck due to all the different strategies but it is pretty easy. In a duel, it's usually easy to collect the cards needed for at least one of these strategies. Afterwards, you just focus on that strategy and win. Usually, Reversal of Graves is the most common strategy I focus on since it needs only one card. Anyway, I hope I helped.

This deck is a stall-burn-mill deck. It focuses on effect damage and stalling strategies to keep your life points safe, as well as attempting to deck out your opponent.

[Trap Cards]
1# Astral Barrier
1# Gravity Bind
1# Metal Reflect Slime
1# Ring of Destruction
2# Secret Barrel
3# Skull Invitation
1# Spirit Barrier

[Description]
So, this deck is pretty easy to run. You use the Astral-Spirit combo to keep your life points safe or use Spirit Reaper and Swords of Revealing light to stop attacks. Skull Invitation is the main card for this deck, try to have at least two of them face up on the field. The rest is easy, just use Needle Worm and all the other cards that make your opponent toss cards to the graveyard and let him pay burn cost from Skull Invitation untill he runs dry. It's a good deck, got me through the game.

Alright, so this deck has some traits of a Virus Control Deck. The two main cards are Dark Necrofear and Skill Drain.

Dark Necrofear is a great monster with respectable 2200 Atk and amazing 2800 Dfs, as well as an incredible set of abilities. First off, you can simply special summon her by removing three fiends from the graveyard, giving you an extra summon.
And the most imense ability is that if she is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, she allows you to take control of the very monster that destroyed her. That could give you an amazing advantage in a duel.

Skill Drain is the chain that keeps this whole deck together. It cancels all the effects of monsters on the field. With that, you'd think it creates more problems for you, but you're wrong. If you take a closer look you'll realize all the monster's effects in this deck can be activating only if monsters enter the graveyard. Skill Drain doesn't cancel those effects, so your deck can freely use effects like Newdoria's and Archfiend of Gilfer's to take control of the field, as well as Mystic Tomato and Sangan to add monsters from your deck to the field. Wicked Nuvia is especially usefull in a Skill Drain deck, since his effect is eliminated while Skill Drain's on the field and so you have a powerful 2000 atk monster ready to battle with no tribute.

There are not many Spell Cards in this deck but it's still solid. Foolish Burial simply helps you toss enough cards to summon Dark Necrofear and Dimension Fusion is for a time where you need a lot of monsters to attack. With that, you summon every single monster that's been removed due to Dark Necrofear's effect with a mere 2000 lp cost. Return from the Different Dimension has the same purpose.

Crush Card and Deck Devastation Virus add up to controling the field and hand with Newdoria, giving you complete control of the duel.

[Description]
So, this deck is pretty easy to use. You have Gillasaurus and Giant Germ as tributes for Slifer. You've got Spirit Reapers and Viser Des' as walls till you get the neccassery cards you want. You've got Morphing Jar to recycle your hand or possibly give a 5000 atk boost.

Then, we have Infinite Hand to break the six-card limit. Different Dimension Capsule to add either Slifer or Infinite Hands to your hand. Messanger of Peace keeps your life points safe till you collect the Egyptian God to your hand. Giant Trunade helps you empty your spell and trap card zone, since this deck runs a lot of continue-spell-trap cards. And Fiend Senctuary is extra tributes for your God.

Attack Orders is a way to keep monsters in attack mode so your opponent will get damage when your Slifer attacks and Light of Intervention will make sure Slifer's ability to destroy monsters is activated.

Fusion Monsters:

1# XYZ - Dragon Cannon
1# XY - Dragon Cannon
1# XZ - Tank Cannon
1# YZ - Tank Dragon

This deck can get the job done through shear beat down, but really you want to send your powerful Machine King, Jinzo and Cyber-Tech Alligator straight to the graveyard with cards like Card Destruction and Foolish Burial. Remove them from play through either Banisher of the Light or Soul Release and use Return From a Different Dimension along with Limiter Removal for a certain One Turn Kill. The XYZ Monsters synergizes well with this OTK-strategy as the fusion summons require you to remove the fusion materials from play. Also they allow you to discard from your hand the cards you want in your graveyard to clear the board for the final turn. Heavy Storm and Dark Hole also helps clear out the board. It's important to have all XYZ monsters on the field at the same time, so flood the board with Frontline Base and Ultimate Offering.
